The counselors and staff are not helpful with insurance and transportation matters with WellPoint insurance/ Amerigroup. I waited weeks for them to recertify their new location so I could get medical transportation thru my insurance and everyone just kept saying it wasn’t their duty or they can’t do it. They just kept passing me off to another staff member until finally I was told they cannot help with anything except addiction and drug counseling. They are more concerned about money than their clients.

My life & family was in shambles a real mess. With the help from methadone and the kind & caring staff & counselors at this clinic I have turned my life around. I have a Job a car & most importantly the respect of my kids & family. Recently the clinic moved from the office they’ve been at for over 20 years to a much larger beautiful spot across the street. I would definitely recommend those with an opioid addiction to come to this clinic and get help. I know it’s scary for so many reasons but it’s worth it. I can’t thank them enough.

I've been to quite a few clinics and this new clinic at 6501 Fulton, just next to the old clinic at 6311 Fulton, is by far the nicest clinic. They are also the most professional and compassionate clinic I have ever been to. Plus, I can't say any names, but I got the best counselor a guy could have here at this clinic.

GREAT Methadone clinic that offers a state-funded methadone maintenance program. I originally went to the self-pay Texas Clinic on Westview, but after 3 years, my balance grew and grew to the point where I owed them too much money and they had to begin decreasing my dosage every day. Self-pay clinics are nicer, never any line or long wait, but $80 per week is not worth it. I am MUCH happier here at the Fulton location even though it's a further drive for me and a longer wait time because they are ALWAYS packed. However, I still get in and get out fairly quickly ?

I take my clients here to assist them in their recovery. This is a Methadone/Suboxone Clinic that helps the community with their opioid addiction. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. These people do an awesome job in the community.

I transferred to this clinic after being a “patient” at another facility in Tomball for a few years where I was treated more like an annoying customer than a patient. Upon speaking to staff at Fulton about transferring, I was informed of financial assistance programs which most other clinic do not offer. As a stay-home mother of two with several years of recovery, it is a great help to me to be able to continue on my path of recovery with medication-assisted therapy without the burden of the ability to afford that medication.Thank you to the staff for serving Houston’s recovering community, who all have been kind and helpful. Places like this help to save lives.

I don’t think that the nurses and staff that work directly with the patients get enough respect some of them seem to forget they deal with so much also and they do the best they can for everyone that comes to this clinic, the staff here are people to and some of them have problems just like the people that go here and they risk taking home some health risk to their families so before you get rude and disrespectful to any of the staff here just remember they do a lot and go through a lot just like you. BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND

Don't go to this clinic. One of the medication nurses, Ruth, cannot be trusted with your medication. I watched her short me 20 mgs on one of my take out bottles which I had already requested she bottle them in my presence because I suspected her of shorting me in the past. When I brought it to their attention they kicked me off the clinic. According to, "Them", you're not supposed to speak your mind or stand up for yourself ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE STEALING FROM YOU.
