I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I’ve been here before so it says a lot that I return. The guys are always respectful and kind and they always offer water. Unlike other places they ask if you have a coupon. Yes sir, I want a discount! 😀 you guys are the best.

My experience today was everything! I totally enjoy the business aspect and professionalism of the young man that service my vehicle today, thank you! You were awesome! I just moved in the area, it was time for my oil change 🙃 and I found nearest location, it was a great move! I recommend the Take 5 on 249 Tomball Parkway! You were awesome young man!

Great service in and out less than 45 min
Joshua & another guy did the service. I did spend 82 dollars but that was after the coupon with up go 50% off with a value of 25.00 only. I used the 249 location numerous times and I haven't had any issues.

The worst place and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to . Hire new staff because They horse play and leave u there for an hour . My car engine oil light came back on two days later . Pathetic and waste of money . They obviously didn’t change my oil in my car .will be going to the dealership from now on .

It’s ridiculous. I took my vehicle to get an oil change today, October 31, 2024 and my vehicle was making a noise due to the AC being on the guy tells me that he can’t service my oil change because of that noise from the AC that was the dumbest thing I’ve heard my entire life. I’m servicing the oil not anything else from the car, then he proceeds to tell me it’s a liability issue for them yeah guys gotta do better than that. That was a dumbest response. I’ve heard my whole life.

Got an oil change on Friday, I DID NOT DRIVE MY VEHICLE on Saturday and Sunday. my car started acting up on Monday. Checked my oil an there was NO oil in the vehicle!!!. The car started to smoke really bad, cut off 4 times and made weird noises. Filed a claim. they say the damage was done prior to, however the car was NOT making noises nor was it smoking. I didn’t have ANY problems prior to getting an oil change. TAKE 5 is rubbish. NTB would never.
