We just lost our sweetheart Chuckie on Feb 1st,2024. The customer service of Pet Meadow is really good! They responded and follow up on the e-mail and the voicemail. The staff is very nice at location too. I pick the wooden box for Chuckie (which is included). The box is really nice with Chuckie’s name on it. Thank you Pet Meadow to provide good service for our sweetheart Chuckie??♥️

Texas Pet Meadow is wonderful! They are so compassionate and helpful and their personal communication is outstanding. I am so thankful that our Vet's office uses them. Unfortunately we have had to use them three times in the last couple of years but they were great each and every time.

The compassion, care, and follow up by the team at Texas Pet Meadow was truly appreciated. We lost our 8 year old German Shepherd unexpectedly and our family was in a sad place. Our three kids (all under 8) were understandably upset in the days following the loss. Once we received Luna’s ashes and the keepsakes, we were able to bring much needed closure. The quality and care in what we received was obvious. Thank you Texas Pet Meadow.

Communication and Care were Excellent! Choices of items was great, something to fit everyone’s needs. However, charms on my bracelet were not soddered on, causing me to almost lose one. Wish they soddered them on permanently.

My baby Remington passed away from cancer and Pet Meadow was able to help me give her the service that she deserved. They were very polite and helpful right from the start and remained open and communitive throughout the entire process. The Pet Meadow staff was very compassionate and helped me through this extremely tough time in my life.

We just had to say goodbye to our dog, and we chose their witnessed cremation package. It was exactly what we needed. They set up a private room for us to visit with her one last time, and it was so comforting and peaceful. The staff was super kind and understanding, and very reasonably priced too. I really recommend this place, especially the witnessed cremation. It helped us a lot.

Our fur baby Humphrey Bogart passed away on 10/14. Our vet uses Pet Meadows so we trusted them based on our Veterinarian’s office affiliation with them. I wanted to make sure I would be getting Humphrey’s ashes, so we paid an extra $100 for a video. The $100 was required for that service. The cremation was then scheduled for 10/19 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. As I was not familiar with Zoom, I asked to be called at least 15 minutes early. After repeated calls, the link was sent at 1:59 p.m. of course I was stressed. I had just lost my baby of 14 years and had to deal with the nonsense that is Pet Meadow. Sydney Zimmer failed to return several phone calls resulting in me having to call my vet’s office for assistance. Then I would get a call. This business is ALL about the money. They should at the very least return my $100 for the video debacle. Let’s just say that I will NEVER use their services again! Laurie Fenley
