My pressure washer pump died a few days ago. I went on the AR website and found that TPE is an authorized distributor. Upon arrival at TPE I was greeted by very nice people. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a new pump and was on my way home within a few minutes. Next day my flat surface pressure washer attachment stopped spinning. I decided to go to TPE (45 min of heavy traffic) for help. This time Benny greeted me at the front desk. He personally came out to my car and took the attachment out to check it. I was expecting to have to leave it there for days to get looked at but Benny and his staff got on it right away. Less than 30 minutes later they repaired the attachment. All I can say is TPE is awesome and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a Stihl lawnmower online through these folks. Turned out that the mower was backordered with no projected date for resolution so I cancelled the order. Waited several weeks and the Refund is still not posted. Contacted them and they said they would resolve it. No refund posted. Steer clear of these folks as they don't appear to be doing honest business.

Benny, and his crew are just awesome. Every time I take equipment to get serviced I am treated like a VIP. Benny, has so much knowledge that he will share with anyone. I love this place, and anytime I need my equipment serviced I will surely go there.
