This place is Highly unprofessional most of the staff is Hispanic and cater to the Hispanic customers. They are selling used clothes and not offering the option to return or exchange items yet they do not have a damn fitting room. The so call manager was so rude and unprofessional when I tried to come in and exchange an item i purchased the same day.

Be careful with your credit card purchases. This store is charging double, sometimes. And they insist on their fault instead of solving it.

Me and my friends have decided not to go here because they ended their return policy. They dont have a try room . Previously if the fit was bad one could return and get something of equal value but now they have stopped doing . Others have better policy .

This stored doesn’t have nothing at all, they do not have any dressers so you can try it on at least it looks old and if you purchase something they will not give you the money back I pay 50$ bucks in two pants that I went and pay and try it on my car I went back in the store and they didn’t want me to give my money back it a shame stored I don’t recommend coming here

I am here right now. There is only one handicap parking spot. They have no scooters or mobility aids. This place has ramps, but not accessible fully.

Disgusting record manager, a dwarf with hair like Dora the Explorer and blonde, but she is darker than coal, they put labels on the wings, they are on discount and when they charge, there is no discount. You ask the cashier and he answers in a way as rude as if you were going ask them for the disgust of arrogant people who work there.

One of my favorite thrift stores! Im plus sized and I always come out with something cute from here! Prices are average with some items being low! It was a bit busy but it was sunday. I ??the music they played! I was jamming out! Definitely a must visit! ?

It is the most dirty location in Houston and has a flea market atmosphere. It was very crowded and very disarray. Items on the floor and nobody organizing the shelves on employees stocking and passing through. The houseware, home decor, art was cheap.

I came today and left with all leather goods. I haven't been here in years. Everything was waiting for me. The purses were mostly pleather though. I didn't see any dressing rooms. The area is not the best but I wanted vintage 70s leather goods and found them. Winning.
