I was driving by and went in to get nails for a fence I needed to repair. I had a few questions about which type of nail I should use and Eric was extremely helpful. I showed him a picture of my fence and Eric just gave me a few nails so I didn't have to buy a 5 lb box! That was really cool of him to do. Their prices on nails were lower than Home Depot too. I'd definitely shop here again.

I took my framing gun here for repair after 2 1/2 months they never even looked at it said they were busy. Then he promised he would work on it. Two weeks later I just went and picked it up. He never touched it. Thanks for the reply but you have the wrong person. No one told me when I dropped it off that it would be months before you would work on it, and they never even looked at it. Totally unacceptable that you would take a piece of equipment in and never work on it.

They have very knowable staff, prices are competitive to the box stores. I have bought many tools from them.
