Most recent review:I need to update this review based on our experience today. The warehouse team is inconsistent, and as a result, today we left with a bad taste and potentially not buying from here anymore. The owner of my company came last week or the week prior to pick up material in his same truck. The warehouse crew loaded the materials as usual. Today, when he got to the dock, one the the warehouse guys asked if we are loading the materials because "Texas Wood Supply " doesn't load. Of course, we were shocked and we said no we are not. So the warehouse guy proceeds to ask someone inside and then the forklift operator comes unwilling and both warehouse guys at this point loads our material in a bad mood and told us this is the last time they are doing this. Unbelievable. On top of that, we had like 6 sheets of plywood. That's it. Regardless, this place has always loaded with the help of us pulling the material. I've operated warehouses, and we never allowed customers inside so it's a liability. It's just frustrating to me that we got that type of service. A manager should be aware and have strict guidelines.Previous reniew:Everyone here is no nice and easy to work with! Great products! The warehouse men took the time to help me load AND gave me a quick lesson how to strap down the wood. Thank you guys so much! Stay cool!

Ernestina and Maria were amazing. From my time of arrival to the time I left they helped with all my concerns and questions. They made sure I was happy with my purchase and all my questions were answered. Environment was great willing to help and did not feel like just another customer rating a 10+ will definitely continue my purchases with Texas Wood Supply!
