Alex is warm, personable and a complete professional. She isn't afraid to tell a client 'no' if a request will damage the hair too much or look utterly horrible for a face shape. Alex is wonderful. She seems capable of mind reading she’s so good at understanding what you want and delivering on it. She takes time to understand you and help you have your best hair. She’s so passionate and good at what she does. I don’t trust my hair to anyone else.
