Friendly staff, nice layout. Can be quite expensive but they do have affordable products. Go in to buy a five dollar item, come out after spending fifty dollars. You can always find something to help organize a little more.

We've frequented The Container Store since it came to this location. We were so happy to no longer need to go to the Galleria location as we live closer to Champions. So over the years we've had numerous times to give reviews but woops. We've had incredible service every single time. All the employees are outstanding. We've had Elfa installed in our home! We've had super easy returns over the years and happily loaded our cart up again! In this age of so many stores with terrible customer service I wanted to stop and remember to thank y'all for exemplary service every single time! Thank You!

Absolutely fell in love with this store! I have never been inside of the store but I decided to go in and take a gander. And, Boy O Boy was I a happy camper. Anything and everything you can imagine for organization. Kitchen, closets, garage... you name it they had it. Amazing store. I am checking out the custom built closets in a few weeks. Fingers crossed it works out.

The Container Store is a guilty pleasure for me. I like my small storage spaces to be organized. No other store in town offers such a wide selection of options. I always find something the right size that even looks nice.

OMG!! Doug is freaking awesome!! A very helpful spirit!! This is the type of customer service experience one expects when they are spending there hard earned money!! THANK YOU DOUG!!! I’ll definitely be back to this location only!!!! Christi (management) was also helpful in solution finding for my problem. The store was closing (which I did on purpose) but they handled themselves very well.

It's good to know the service level is consistent across the board. I also love the idea of the new express checkout option.For those who want to be green (i.e. not get a paper receipt), you can quickly checkout and have a receipt emailed to you. Oh the joys of technology.

I have been going to The Container Store pretty much since I've owned my home (32 years now). They have provided products that I have used when my children were toddlers through high school, and now I shop there as an empty nester. I have transitioned the kids' Elfa solutions to my closets (the real estate agent says organized closets are a huge plus in the market now) and to garage organization. I also love their cleaning solutions, gift wrap, and laundry supplies. What can I say? I'm sold!

We had an Avera closet from The Container Store installed and absolutely love it. I had been hesitant about doing this for a number of years, but finally pulled the trigger after discussing with Charlotte at the Champions location. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Charlotte came to our house to see the closet in person (virtual visit was also an option), truly got to know us, our space, and our priorities… and designed an INCREDIBLE closet for us. Great combination of functionality, aesthetic (gorgeous), and cost. Charlotte worked with us diligently through the whole process, and then the installer Evan did an impeccable job with the actual install.. attention to detail throughout, with a great work ethic.All in all, we are thrilled with our closet. And the people made all the difference. Thank you Charotte and Evan for your hard work and caring attitude. We would not have done this without you!(I wish I had a “before” picture to show the transformation.. it feels soooo much different/better every time we walk in)
