Flower bucket, you pride yourself around fresh flowers and great customer service but I haven't received either. I've sent an email about my mother's birthday flowers being sent late and not as fresh as advertised. I gave well enough time for a reply and hadn't gotten one.
On a birthday, I expect the flowers to be delivered early rather than at the end of the day. I don't mind this because there wasn't an option for delivery time, however, it coming late AND looking like it's been left out on a sunny houston day to dry up is unacceptable.
I love my mother very much and to hear her tell me the flowers were not pretty left me disappointed.

Please take care of your property, this business has become an eyesore to the neighborhood. There is a literal trash dump forming next to this business. This business is ruining our nice neighborhood. How can you run a floral arrangement business and have a property that looks this bad? Please help our neighborhood out by contributing to keeping it clean, or please move somewhere else.

Floral Fridays are my new weekly favorite, get yourself a $10 arrangement with a walk-in. I’ve been told they also give beer but did not get any during my first trip so we’ll have to try again next time.
Fridays only, and between 9a-2p currently because their AC is out.

If you are in the heights or cottage grove look no further for a flower shop! I’ve been going to the flower bucket for years and they have always had fresh flowers and amazing displays. Their $10 daily special is unmatched (see photo for reference). Keke is truly the best and amazing at her craft!

The Flower Bucket helped make my parents 50th wedding anniversary so special. The arrangements both looked and smelled amazingly! When the power went out at their location, they did a quick pivot and gathered flowers from another store – while I was none the wiser. They took on all that stress so our day could continue along perfectly. I am so grateful for their awesome customer service. Side note, it’s days after the event and the flowers still look great with just some fresh water upkeep. They totally deserve more than 5-stars!

The Flower Bucket made ordering this funeral spray easy for me. I ordered online by picking out the picture I liked.
They delivered the flowers on time and placed it perfectly. Turns out these flowers were the center of attention as there were no other arrangements.
Keke, the designer, is truly an artist. She was friendly on the phone and assured me the arrangement would be delivered on time.
Because of their professionalism and quality product, I will continue to order from The Flower Bucket.

Completely ripped off my husband. They had the nerve to charge $150 for an arrangement that is 99% greenery with only a few sad basic blooms. The stock is wilted, the one lily is beat to heck, the roses are crunchy on the edges and the two tiny hydrangeas are just sad. This selection/quantity of flowers is $35 at HEB or Kroger and they look fresher and nicer there. Should be ashamed of yourselves for price gouging on Mother’s Day flowers.
