Called to cancel my membership because I am actually covered by insurance somewhere else and they said I cannot cancel until I pay for two months when at the time of sign up I was told I could cancel at any time that they just needed two days notice before the payment due date. Just terrible and annoying.

Wow, hiding the fact that you have to sign up for two month minimum to receive the discounted rate. I know the info is buried on the back of the form you are required to sign, but when you're in pain and need treatment, spending 15 - 20 minutes reading the small print isn't what's important. Buyer beware using this location.
Add on, I understand how your process works. If your staff had fully explained this to my wife, there is no way she would have agreed. My is in the Philippines NOW, she left on September 18th. She will be there 5 weeks, returning Oct 23rd. Thanks for refunding money to her. But she is disappointed that she can no longer use your services, per telecon she had with one of the managers or staff.

DR. DHILLON!!! I have gone in for treatment from her with sciatica pain 4 times. Each time I walk out with major improvement. By the time I get home the pain is completely gone. Very attentive. Asks all the right questions and has a chiropractic technique that really works for me. I'm so grateful and really appreciate her. If you suffer with sciatica please ask for her. She has the magic touch. Thanks again Dr. Dhillon.

They called to confirm my appointment but couldn't call me that their shop is closed due to power outage. I drove all the way there to find out that they are closed. What a waste of my time!

It's been years since I've got adjusted and this was my first time at the joint. Overall experience, I felt rushed. The front desk receptionist and the Dr were all nice and great customer service when talking to you, but I felt things were rushed. I told the receptionist that I wanted to get seen but that I had an appt next door and would be done at 1. After I filled out my questionnaire, she misunderstood me and was telling me that I'd be seen soon. I said no, I said I had an appt and won't be done until 1. So I felt that she most likely didn't hear me correctly because of the amount of people coming in and out the door and I don't blame her or anything, it was busy for 1 person up front. When I finally saw Dr. Dylan, I did let her know that it's been many years since I've had this done. I kinda wished she would have started off a little bit more slow with me after me saying that. Adjust Katy Chiropractic Wellness Center was the place I went to many years ago and the person I saw walked me thru everything and took their time and was able to get me to feel comfortable and relaxed. I was looking for that experience with joint. She did ask me after a few adjustments if I wanted her to be a little gentler and that I can let her know how I want it at any time. But I wasn't expecting a quick and I would say a little harsh adjustment like that on my first time after many years. Other than that, so far so good.
