I’d been having back discomfort and found that The Joint was open on a Sunday so I called to see if they might have availability. Surprisingly they did and I was promptly scheduled in. It’s a shame they didn’t mention that making an appointment was completely pointless unless you were comfortable with a one hour wait just to be seen. After waiting half an hour, when initially told I would be seen in a few minutes, I inquired into how much longer the wait would be only to be told 30-45 minutes. The front desk attendant was baffled as to why I found this to be an inconsiderate waste of my time and told me, “Just because you made an appointment for 2pm doesn’t mean you get seen at 2pm.” Yes I can understand a 15-20 minute wait, but don’t deceive people into booking “appointments” only to demand they wait around for an hour minimum.

My visit was a walk in and they took me in right away. I was welcomed with great service and got taken care of with no problems. I love coming by for a quick adjustment and hope to get better as the sessions continue. I’ve already recommended the place to one friend and will keep recommending it to others as it was a great experience.

I love Dr. Evans at the Bunker Hill location. He is incredibly gentle and takes the time to truly understand your issues. He offers great tips for stretching and maintaining good posture.
