The Monogram Shop helped me out when I was in a bind and needed 2 monogrammed Yeti cups done in 3 days. They were very helpful and did great work.

On a positive note the store itself is lovely and full of wonderful gift items that can be monogrammed, but my personal experience as a person showing up with vintage items to monogram for a wedding-related gift, I found their work to be sloppy, their pricing disproportionate to the value and their customer service poor. My initial order was to embroider 5 antique handkerchiefs as bridesmaid gifts at a coat of $125. Even after leaving very detailed instructions with staff, 3 of the 5 were done incorrectly. They offered to redo these so I gave them 3 more vintage hankies. They missed the deadline for having the redo done then promised to call when they did finish. But they did not call nor did they answer a voicemail message I left for them necessitating another trip to the store just to see if the job was finished - thankfully they were done but I was abruptly told when I asked why they didn’t call me that they did not make calls (even though doing so was their idea). The good news is that I found a mom and pop tailor who did monogramming quickly at a lower cost and right the first time so the remainder of the items were completed elsewhere.

I love the Monogram Shop. I have been so happy with all the items that I have had monogrammed. They also have an incredible selection of gifts, kid items, home items and more. The staff is lovely.

I love this store! Quick turnaround on monogramming at a very reasonable price.They carry so many cute things, it’s the perfect place to shop for boutique baby and women’s items. Great selection of home and decor items for yourself or a giftfor the bride or mama-to-be.I got several baby outfits with custom monograms, a few towels, and beach toys complete with a summer bag (also with a custom monogram). Great quality items, and the customer service is second to none.
