The customer service over the phone does not exist. This location needs to update the contact information as upon calling, somebody will pick up the call, be completely silent and hang up the phone after a few seconds; or the phone call gets sent to voicemail.

This store has horrible customer service. I called this store several times and all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up. Definitely reaching out to corporate.

Joe the sales manager was exceptionally helpful! I came in with a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. This was the most friendly & helpful north face location I’ve ever been to!

Joe was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all things North Face! He introduced me to the Gore-Tex technology and explained its functionalities, he knew about all the jackets different fill powers, and how each piece works together. He helped me find exactly what I needed for both city wear and mountain use, even looking things up and comparing prices to make sure I got the best value. I really appreciated his patience, expertise, and how he tailored everything to my needs. Caris was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I’m grateful for her assistance too.

I had a issue with the way I was charged there was an error with the pos I got charged several times. I definitely wasn’t happy about it even though I was upset the team helped make it right. Thank you I truly appreciate it

I recently purchased two jackets from The North Face store: the McMurdo Parka in Smoked Pearl and the Men’s Yumiori Reversible Jacket in Smokey Brown. I also ordered the Women’s Yumiori Reversible Jacket in Khaki for my wife, with the help of Joe, the store manager, who assisted me in placing the order online with expedited shipping.
The in-store experience was fantastic. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Joe—he’s an incredible person! Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable.
Thanks to Joe and the amazing team, I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for quality products and outstanding service!

Went here one night with my brother and daughter, was looking for a jacket for my daughters trip and the manager guy accused me of stealing because I was sticking my hand in the pockets of this very interesting jacket I wanted to buy. I think they call the feature “multi-entry pockets” where it’s 2 pockets in one. The manager started making fun of me, belittling me talking to his co-worker right next to me on purpose saying “NOPE!! NO ALARMS IN THE POCKETS BUDDY”. Apparently he thought I was trying to steal and look for “alarms”.Look, I get it.. people steal all day everyday in this mall. I understand you to be ready for theft but belittling customer and making alarm siren noises is disrespectful. I’m not sure if you know but such accusations and behavior from employees in a business can actually lead to lawsuits that will hold up in court. It was probably because I’m non-Caucasian and have tattoos. Well, The Northface. Not only did you lose my business forever but you also lost my daughters business, my brothers business, my fathers business and I’ll be taking this complaint further than google maps.
