About The Plant Project
The Plant Project is the first Black woman owned plant shop in Texas. It is more than a plant shop, but a botanical boutique deeply rooted in the community. The store has beautiful, well cared for plants and specializes in biophilic design. It is a place with a great vibe, a plant mom's happy place where the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Employees assist with picking plants for different lighting and identify pet-safe options. The shop cultivates a space for all while growing a greener tomorrow.

All I had wanted for years is a fiddle leaf fig tree and couldn’t pull the trigger. For my birthday, my parents came in and wanted to buy me one. We looked at a few places… but the one we found here was gorgeous. The whole store is curated so well. Now, she’s happy in my living room!!

Bought a bonsai tree here the other day and Alison was such a great help! It is an amazing plant and looks great in my home. Truly brings the meaning to Plant Joy!
