The ups store here is always on point they never lacking anything I need. And return all my amazon prime things here never had a problem

I visited the UPS store and the staff was friendly. They respected my service dog. The pricing is ok, however I will not use them again to send a PKG to my daughter as this is the 2nd time that I've had to get a refund from a UPS store due to my daughter not receiving what I sent.

I went today to return some packages from Amazon and the two girls were excellent people and understood my Spanish.
