This location always goes above and beyond - I was needing help with copies to be able to study properly for college exams, the staff learned this and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get good grades. I’ll never forget the act of kindness from this store. Come here and don’t think twice about it. Amazing staff and so knowledgeable and professional!

Sarah Mustafa at the 1717 W 34th Location was really rude, had no empathy and was quite antagonistic! I had three separate returns from Amazon and the instructions was quite confusing as I’ve not returned to an ups store before. One of my returns didn’t need a box while the other two did according to Sarah and as opposed to understanding my confusion she replied back with an attitude and tone which weren’t warranted. As opposed to offering shipping bags from the store she suggested i go back home and box them! I then asked about purchasing a shipping bag, which as a customer service representative that should’ve been her first suggestion. Sarah was rude and snobbish, and staring me down while i stated my grievances. This was horrible and poor customer service.

Ms Sarah and her team are awesome! Fons held onto a package my work sent me but they forgot to put my name on it. They had mislabeled it, mailing it with their own name on the to and from fields :) We finally figured out what the issue was and my package was safely held at the UPS store (which was great as it saved my workplace money). Just an example of GREAT customer service and problem solving. Thank you!

The location at 1717 W 34st Suite 600 is an unsafe location for mail. It’s a Sunday afternoon and we walked into the store (not knowing it was supposed to closed). The store is unlocked. All packages are accessible to anyone and everyone. We called corporate to let them know. They let us know that this has never happened before. We called Houston police and left a report that the store is left unlocked.

After being refused service at the UPS store at 34th and Ella, we took our returns to the store listed in the photo. The UPS store I am reviewing refused to accept my returns in violation of their franchise agreement. The return instructions CLEARLY stated items did NOT need to even be packaged at all. I was refused service due to my item being still in the CLEAR bag in which it was shipped to me. I recommend avoiding the UPS store #6929 on 34th and Ella. Instead, go to the UPS store on 34th at 290, store #2667. They happily accepted my returns. I will follow up this review with a corporate complaint to UPS on franchise #6929 and an accolade for franchise #2667.

I went in to print 1 piece of paper 8-1/2 x 11, black and white. The cost was $1.08. I was shocked. I checked Staples & Office Depot & their price was not over $0.20. The parking is awful in this shopping center. So bad, I would not go back, just for this reason.

Great for doing Amazon returns or for shipping via UPS world-wide. I brought in an Amazon return, they scanned my code, gave me my receipt and I was gone. They were a little busy today so it took about 10 minutes for me to get to the counter, but at least the AC was working. You can also bring in unpackaged items and they will pack it and ship it for you. In addition they have mailboxes for rent for business purposes AND they can do custom printing for you as well.

Honestly the best experience I have had at any similar store. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure my package got shipped even though it was technically too big.I would drive out of the way to come here rather than other UPS stores.

My wife takes my sales for my surfribby.com business and we ship them all over the world. UPS does a great job. Very friendly, very helpful. Highly recommend!

This has to be the #1 worse UPS store in Houston! The service continues to be horrible. There is zero customer service. The employees look and act like they hate their job. It's been at least a year since I have had to stop by. What a SURPRISE! Same crappy service!!! Employees hate their job! Hope I don't have to come back.

Unlike other UPS locations I have been to, this location runs very smoothly now matter how busy they are and get. Never a long wait even when there is a long line. And the manager (can’t recall her name) is always so pleasant and courteous. I believe she sets a high example for her team and is why they operate the way they do.

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS location. The customer service, friendliness, and solution-oriented staff deserve more than 5 stars! I had a very large, expensive, fragile piece of artwork to ship. They packaged it with such attention to detail and walked me through the various shipping options. It arrived in one piece and on time! What I thought would be a difficult shipping situation turned out to be very easy. I will be back again and again!

I waited 15 minutes today (9:30am on a Thursday) to be helped and the kicker was I was the first person in line the entire time. The two associates working seemed to not know how to do their jobs adequately alone because they were each helping people when I came in but in order to finish the transactions, they both helped each customer, taking 15+ mins total. I understand a wait when there’s a line but being first in line with this type of wait to me indicates that employees need to be trained.
