We had Julie install wallpaper in our nursery. She did a PHENOMENAL job! The wallpaper is a mural which can be very difficult to install, but Julie did so flawlessly. You can barely tell where the seams are and the they match up perfectly. We also had her prep the wall to ensure no bumps would show through, and it was definitely worth the extra cost.
I highly recommend The Wallpaper Lady and will be using her throughout my home in the future!

Julie was too busy at the time that I reached out to her to work with my timeline, but she took time out of her day to give me a ton of great advice and included several references. Even though she was not able to take on my project, I thought her response and professionalism deserved a 5-star rating.

Ms. McCray is amazing! She has extensive knowledge in her field of business and provided support to my company, though we are outside of her scope of business! She was clear, concise, and explained how to protect my project when dealing with other individuals in her field. In this day and age, you do not find many people with her level of integrity! If you have the opportunity to work with her, do it!!!!!!

Julie is a treasure. She redid an area that a different company in Houston did that was a complete disaster. So the comparison in skill, trustworthiness and business ethics was stark. She is incredibly good at what she does (she had to resurface the wall entirely, then took a heavily patterned paper and matched each area *perfectly*; the seams are practically invisible), remarkably fast, and is just a pleasure to have in your home. I also love her Wallpaper Lady blog that’s full of interesting design history and how-to information. Triple bonus points for her taking COVID precautions seriously and masking appropriately. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Julie. Highly recommended.

Julie Young did an outstanding job on our powder room, so we had her back to paper our dining room. Absolute perfection once again. You will never find another person who is as good as Julie, but you may need to wait. She is in very high demand. If you fortunate enough to have her hang your wallpaper you'll understand why.

Julie did excellent work. My designer Mary J. Scriber contacted her and discussed our desire for colored grass cloth wallpaper without the inherent seams, and Julie led us to the perfect wallpaper brand that would work best for our project. Julie's work is very precise and she takes care in prepping the walls, and the installed wallpaper looks amazing. My designer and I appreciate how much time she saved by leading us to what we were looking for. High praise!
