I just wanted to replace my batteries and pay but it didn’t happen that way. Karen fixed it real quick. Guess what? She did it for FREE and that was so NICE of her. She definitely made my day and I really appreciate that. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much again Karen( best Karen ever) :)

A fantastic gem of a watch and jewelry store. Tucked off in a strip center on Richmond with loads and loads of Fine jewelry of all kinds especially Rolex watches. There customer service was outstanding.
