A man walked in on me in the Women's RR. It scared me & when I walked out he was standing outside waiting for me. He said mens RR was broken (LIES) I reported him & we found him back again in Women's RR hiding in the back stall. He ran as soon as told cops were being called. Cops came did nothing. The store said it's ok he comes back. They don't care about women's safety. That's a pervert. Watch your kids . Open carry. Women problems.

Leaving work this morning I noticed my tire extremely low. (20psi) I have a 20in rim so I knew I needed air immediately. Stopped by service station #1. Recieved 2$ in quarters but coin deposit was blocked. Drove from red bluff toward Sam Houston Parkway. I still had 5 quarters but needed 1 more for air. Searched my car nothing. Proceeded inside to ask if I could receive 4 quarters for a dollar bill. I was told it was against policy. I informed them. (2 attendants) I was trying to use their compressor to inflate my tire but still against policy. Ok. I walk back to my car to search for a quater because I worried if I drove off I could have a blowout and injure myself or someone else and I needed to get on the toll way. So I thought I'll just buy a soda and use the change to use the compressor. I go back in and they're talking amongst themselves but I knew whatever I had to ask they weren't going to help me. I asked if I could buy something and receive change they told me no. You have to have exact change due to the virus. Keep in mind I have on a mask and gloves I just put on for the door handle. I know you will say policy is policy but my question is what is the difference between receiving a quater in change from a purchase and passing 79 cents in correct change to purchase a coke? The exchange is still there. If you are not taking cash purchases a sign would be nice. I remember when you needed gas, water, or air and you could make it to a service station you were relieved. Not this station. I pass it everyday but I will NEVER stop again. Every other station in the area was very accommodating .

I am retired and go to McDonald's/Timewise Shell at 511 Lockwood at least three times a day or more because I live in the neighborhood and have for many years. I like the workers there and the service is.. OK. Recently I have noticed some issues that I find disturbing. The first is minor but I have seen this at other businesses as well. I like to see the cost of what is being charged and the change amount on the electronic cash register. More often than not it is being covered with an ad and now it has been turned off completely. The second and most notable issue is one that I have began to experience most every day when I buy at Timewise. "Timewise never has pennies for change." I am not a complainer and many times I have reached in my pocket and handed the clerk what pennies I had in my pocket so they wouldn't have to tell someone else that they had NO pennies but this has been going on for a year. Every time I buy something that requires change the cashier tells me that "sorry, I don't have any pennies." Over the day I can only guess how much Timewise has collected. When will it be nickels, dimes or even quarters? I know that the united states considers pennies to be a pain but it is legal tender and must be accounted for. As for me, the next time this happens I am going to leave the merchandise on the counter and leave. If enough customers do this maybe Timewise will get the point. cc: NEXTDOOR/NAVIGATION

Cashiers there are always in a rude bitchy mood. i understand they probably have to deal with a lot of crazy people but still shouldn't take it out on other customers.

They are always out of paper for my receipt to print. I have my baby with me so it's highly inconvenient to go inside for my receipt when the baby is asleep in her car seat. Please fix that!!

This shell is great because it's by my house and on the way to work and school. But it's awful because the card machines at the pumps never take my debit card and you have to go inside to purchase your gas. There is no problem with a credit card, but most of the time it won't take my debit card at the pump and half of those time it won't take it inside.
