This place is disgusting , smells from the restroom are horrible, just wanted to puke when I went to the bathroom. I couldn’t believe the horrible smell coming from the restroom. The smell of urine and fesses was so bad. This place need a visit from the health dept. The manager should be ashamed of themselves allowing the place to get this bad. Shell corporation should be ashamed of themselves even to be associated with owners like this. Bottom lines come first , not cleaned or customer safety due to the uncleanliness of this location

They are open 24 hours and yet the person working night shifts always claims its closed, what even is the pay window and the being open 24 hours for then?????

They claim to be 24 hours open, have a after hours window, and still will ignore you and tell you they are closed while they are doing nothing.

Not even worth a star THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Refused service to us because we said they should be able to break our hundred dollar bill and she proceeded to be very rude and did not handle in a professional way! A yes my husband got very upset!!! I’ve never been more disrespected in my life! There was no reason for to act like that

Needed to use restroom and get a drink for the morning. restroom locked and clerk advised it was closed, didn't state why. Don't count on this store for a quick stop!

Every time i come to this gas station i end up showing up when this awfully rude old grey short haired lady is working, and she has always given me an attitude and been extremely rude. Every. single. time. Shes refused me service twice because she didnt want to walk around the store at 3 am for the items me and my daughter needed. Shes told me i had to wait 20 minutes; last week alone WITH MY INFANT DAUGHTER while she sat on her chair and talked on the store phone the whole time laughing up a story, and after i sat there for well over 20 minutes she tells me her system has been down all night. After she JUST told me i had to wait for her to get off her break. when im sure shes well aware there are no other gas stations open for miles at that time.... this is crazy. I dont know if this lady just doesnt need to work at a place where she has to socialize with people or maybe shes lazy.. Or she just straight up doesnt like me for some random, weird reason. I honestly do not understand this womens problem. I always come in with daughter minding my business and being incredibly nice. Even when she does not and has NEVER deserved my respect. After how shes acted with me. Its bizarre and i just had to finally review it. Ive let her get away with this far too many times. This is the closest and most convenient gas station that stays open and i always have to make the decision when going to a gas station to either take the chance and stop there and her be working and have to deal with the constant and consistent disrespect from an elder lady for absolutely no reason or drive several miles away just to be certain and know me and my daughter will be able to get what we need. Im just so over this secret vendetta this lady has with me.... i just cannot.... PLEASE.. my neighborhood SHELL!!!!!! do something about your worker. If they cant do their job correctly or are just pure lazy; or even do the human decency of be respectful or cordial to paying customers and turning them away when it is a Job that pays you to do.. please do not work somewhere like this. Its really not that hard!!!! Especially when there is absolutely no reason to be straight up evil every single time...! I mean seriously come on. Get it together. I know i cannot possibly be the only person that this old lady has problems with.

Att: Manager I was at your location at 2:05:52 pm. 7/5/2019 today! You have the most horrible employees working very unprofessional, they need to be retrained! Instead of having them stand there laughing at your LGBTQ customers you need to train them to provide adequate customer service, the 2 young ladies at shift change and Derek displaying his true ignorance that proceeds him! How sad that I've been frequenting Shell gas stations since I bought my Jeep in 2017 and have never had any Shell employee display that king ignorance and lack of professionalism! My first time there and it won't be my last!
