Love this T.J. Maxx! It's always clean and has some great stuff, from bathroom things, kitchen appliances, wine/bar stuff, etc. We just bought some new luggage bags and they are amazing quality for such a cheap price. Others of the same brand would be over 150, and we got it under 100! We always walk out with stuff we don't plan on buying, so if you're looking to save money, don't come. Otherwise, it's great, haha.

Always a pleasure when I'm here. I love shopping and I am loyal to tjmaxx. They always have just what I need when I'm looking for that certain thing. The service is always spot on. If u have been to Tjmaxx then you know the value is always spot on. You def get bang for your buck and it saves time being able to buy makeup and a dress all in one place.

I was actually at Marshall’s & used my gift cards! I want to commend the gentleman that was managing the line! When I came into the store & saw how long the line was I groaned. But I quickly found the item I came for & got in that still long line, but to my surprise it went pretty quickly! I was done in about 25 minutes. So it was a good experience!?

Spent 30 minutes in checkout with only 2 out of the 12 registers open. One cashier talking on and on with each and every single guest, which I get. But when the line is wrapped around the corner near the clothes section, wrap up the conversations and get us out the store quickly please..

This is a nice one! But what's up with the black lady working at the fitting room? Every time I go in to the fitting room, she does not say one word and looks like she is high or something! I went during morning. Seriously, go look for yourself. You should not have anyone working while high. Common now!

The selection here is , if you want to find everything you see on Tik Tok this is the store that will have it. Runway section is beautifully stocked. Staff is very helpful but be prepared it is always busy.

this location is the worst they always have a huge line and only one or maybe two checkouts open. it will take you 20-25 min just to check out. i’ve found items i like at this location and just left so i don’t have to wait in line multiple times. i’m in line as i write this and it’s ridiculous they have workers behind the counter doing whatever and only one checkout open.

This store is improperly managed. Jewelry returns can only be made at the jewelry counter, which is staffed by only one associate even though there's two registers. Manager will allow the sole associate at the jewelry counter to struggle on a Saturday; multiple customers have to wait in line for her help looking at jewelry when she is only allowed to help one customer at a time. However, a coordinator (like a supervisor) will come & use the other register to help out a fellow co-worker who wants to make a personal purchase. I asked the manager if he could help me with a return, he said "no, I have to stay at the front of the store" & he was just looking at his phone. Finally, the jewelry associate was able to help with my return, but she said "I've only been here 8 days", so she had to call the manager over for help anyway. I avoid this store whenever possible although it's in a convenient location. Manager needs to be replaced.

This store sucks , I wanted to buy some hello kitty items and they had it on hold for an employee right in front of the register. I wanted those items, but they denied it to me. If you’re going to let employees hold items for themselves, at least have it in the back where customers cant see.

Poor customer service. I will no longer be purchasing jewelry at TJ Maxx. I was a dedicated customer before, but for my latest purchase due to a system error on their end, I was not sent an email receipt. When I tried to return the item well within the 30 day policy, they tell me they cannot pull up record of the transactions associated to my account phone number or email address. In this day and age, what type of retail store selling fine jewelry does not keep record of transactions in a way that can be used to look up a customer’s purchases. Tjmaxx uses my email address to spam me at least once a day, but they can’t keep track of my purchases? I could not make the return or get store credit. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
