My daughter and I went shopping here last night to get luggage and clothing. The floor walkers or loss prevention have nothing better to do than to intimidate women of color, and while they may champion (just doing their job) its unprofessional, rude and sent me over the edge. Its a shame that TJ Maxx cannot tell the difference from someone who is actually committing a crime and shopping. when I spoke to the manger he was unprofessional as well. To all the ladies who like to shop, spend your money someplace else.

Idk if yall are keeping yall workers hostage because there’s a tall light skin brown in lady who just ALWAYS has a nasty attitude when I shop here. Literally just always mad and loud and rude !!! If she does not want to work there maybe she shouldn’t !

Avoid this store!!! Last Weekend, while trying on a pair of pants, I suffered an injury due to your staff’s blatant negligence. Inside the right pocket of the pants, there was a detached security sensor with an exposed needle, which pierced my right leg, causing a bleeding wound. The pain persisted for over an hour, and beyond the physical injury, I am deeply alarmed by the lack of proper quality control and safety measures in this store. It is absolutely unacceptable that such a hazardous item was left unchecked, putting customers at serious risk. How can their staff fail to properly inspect the clothing before putting them on the sales floor? This level of carelessness is not only irresponsible but also dangerous. Had the needle been contaminated or rusted, the consequences could have been far worse. I am now forced to monitor my wound for potential infections, something no customer should have to endure after shopping at a supposedly reputable retailer.

Horrible customer service/ manager. I arrived at 10:35, just needed to grab a last minute Christmas gift, a manager was yelling on the intercom saying they were closing in 10 minute. Closing at 10:45(15 min early), hey what ever, that’s fine. I just needed to grab my stuff, but she would get on the intercom every minute, saying they were closing and to bring our stuff to the front or they will close the registers.
Mind you it’s 10:41, I make it to the front, she is in the front barking at her employees to bring everyone to the front. She gets on the intercom again and says they will close in a few seconds, it’s 10:41. I’m just shocked people can work in retail and have such horrible service.
I have never left a review and this is probably my last review I’ll make but this is just horrible. I hope upper management reviews cameras and coach their manager on the proper way to let guest know they will be closing.

Lots of people, short staffed, of course because of the holiday; but very friendly.
Variety of whatever things can be found there.
From pillows, shorts, jewelry, toys ( and literally from all ages), coffee mugs, birthday cards, garden tools, to car parts, fragrances, just basically what we you can think of.
And for the most part it's organized (enoughlol)

I’ve never been yelled at by a manager in a store for falsely accusing me of something. Terran or Tarron is so unprofessional and does not care that he is rude. He lied like he was the manager so I wouldn’t talked to the real manager who was there. He was very petty and demeaning toward me for absolutely no reason.
