The cashier with “coordinator” in her title needs an intense training in customer service. Her demeanor and appearance were very unprofessional. She never once looked at me through the entire transaction. No greeting, smile or acknowledgment. It only got worse when I used a gift card to pay. There was eye rolling and a rude tone because I didn’t mention paying with a gift card at the beginning of the transaction, which I didn’t know was required. It’s surprising and unfortunate for customers that people that don’t like to interact with the public have these positions.

Worst place ever.Manager yelling at me I was doing a return and she starts to yelled me that I cannot return it.And the cashier was no helped. Give us ugly looks the manager it’s racism she a Latina has blond hair. Never going again .

I used to love TJ Maxx in general, but product quality and customer service have significantly gone down hill over the last four to five years. Fine jewelry is such poor quality, but I do still check the case from time to time. The older blonde woman with short hair at the jewelry counter is impossible. She is rude each and every time I come in. I speak and ask how her day is, and nothing. Today, I wanted to see a gold diamond band. She acted as if it was impossible to find in the case. It would’ve helped if she would’ve taken a moment to listen to me. She kept looking at the price and specs of the ring before handing the box to me. Every other associate takes the item out and allows you to try it on. She simply handed me the box and watched me struggle to take the ring out. I asked for help and she said the ring is bound to the box. False. It was not after I told her it’s crazy to sell something with out letting the customer try it on. She then proceeded to take it out of the box which is when I noticed how trash the quality was. It’s time for this lady to retire and for TJ to do better. I haven’t even touched on the checkout experience. Literally no one speaks to you despite me saying hello.

"I recently visited the TJ Maxx location, and unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members was far from pleasant. There was a young Black woman with black braids and yellow highlights in the front, wearing blue jeans and a dark blue blouse. Her behavior was extremely disrespectful and rude. She displayed a complete lack of kindness and customer service skills, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Her unprofessional attitude made it clear she lacks the manners necessary to deal with customers effectively. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the overall customer experience at this location."

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t able to shop properly one of the employees I don’t know her name but she kept coming in front of me while I was shopping she was so horrible to the point she threw clothes at me while I was shopping. So I told the manager shaniqua she didn’t care or do anything to resolve the issue instead she laughed. So I proceeded to checkout. As I pull up to the register I have a older lady who is speaking in Spanish and I have no idea what she’s saying. I move on to the next cash register where a guy rings up my items I say thank you I leave only to realize later that the guy charged me for an item I never brought.

Glenda, Diana, and vickie have given me AMAZING customer service!!! There is a tj Maxx much closer to my home but I choose to drive all the way to memorial because of the service these ladies give. They need to get raises and some type of recognition for their hard work ❤️ thank you ladies for your amazing customer service

The place kind of hidden and not really visible from the road. But overall nice TJ Maxx location and it was not too crowded. At the time of visit last week, they have great option of luggage that I was looking for.. also ended up buying some puffer and jacket in clearance for next winter ?
