Can’t deny they have great stuff for your home like alot of things. But they cashier are super extremely slow like like literally 40 minutes in line is insane they have alot of great customer and people always buying can’t believe they can’t afford people on cashier or people on floor seen big line and no one goes to help. They need move faster on cashier or supervisor helps their team. Like customer it’s priority.

I’ve been regular customer from tj maxx for so long, love shopping at tj Maxx but this zero star is for the white cashier the tall one her face looks like she is furious with everything and everybody, she is so rude and disrespectful she literally throws things and the receipt at me. She doesn’t be working at customer service, if she doesn’t know or want it do it right! Keep an eye on that.

I have NEVER experienced such a horrific experience. I tried to return an item that was purchased from a different tjmaxx location. Somehow only the price tag came off (everything else in tack) my sales associate called over a manager name Tona who began saying " even if you had a gun to my head, I can't return this." My mouth dropped I asked what I was supposed to do since I had all other tags and receipt. She again began saying " if you put a knife to my neck, I can not return this item. You need to go to the store you purchased it from." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told her all you had to say was that last part no need to speak like that especially with how crazy our world is. I will go back to the store I originally purchased it from but I DO NOT appreciate being spoken to like that. She never apologized and brushed it off as if that was normal conversation. All I can say is I'm glad my kids were not with me to hear this disgusting language. I will NEVER go back to this place again!

It's an alright TJ Max and homegoods store. However, the manager of TJX branch( I believe his name is Mahesh) is very rude and unprofessional. I try to avoid him next time in case I return to this store.

I like shopping at TJ Maxx because they always have new inventory merchandise coming out weekly. The store is very clean and well organized. It's very easy to find whatever miscellaneous items or personal care products you are looking to buy.

Joint store as they are owned by same corp. home section is huge but so are the other sections and very organized. Tj maxx usually get really messy because of customers but staff here seems to work hard to maintain everything. Skin care collection has almost new, unexpired products from almost every brand. I loved the handbags section, travel section (found good lumbar pillow!) too

I came to return their low-quality product. Which I used once and a hole immediately appeared, I came with a receipt, they did not want to receive it. Why sell such low-quality goods if they will not be held responsible. I will not come here again, he will not be able to work with the client. They simply said that he could not help, how so. I am upset, not good service👎👎👎👎👎
