I purchased different AC from the one advertised but noticed on the way home I had bought a "through the wall" unit but I needed a window mounted unit. I called them and they said come back next day (because they were about to close for the day) and they would let me exchange for the one I needed. However , When I came back to swap out the unit for the window mount and THEY ACCUSED ME OF SWAPPING UNITS IN THE BOX! WHEN I RETURNED THE UNIT THEY SAID "THIS ISN'T THE UNIT WE SOLD YOU." I returned the same box unopened they sold me. It absolutely was the same one they sold me...still in the box just like they sold it to me! They accused me! Buyer beware of these guys!

They don't bargain. Maybe it's just my kind. Bought a freezer there. It's all damaged merchandise. The people were somewhat helpful. The freezer works.

Purchased a tankless water heater from them and paid $900 for it. Within two weeks of installing it water started leaking inside the heating unit throwing an alarm code. Had to call the mfg to figure out what was wrong and they said it was a 2018 model, that’s 5 years old and the main heating portion was bad and needed to be replaced but since it was 5 years old the warrenty is up. So I waisted $900 and a lot of time installing.

My visit to TLT LIQUIDATION was great, I called before heading that way and the young lady told me the item I was looking for was still available. Once I got there she took me straight to the item. I was also looking for another item, instead of her telling me they didn't have it, she proceeded to make sure they didn't have it on stock instead of just blowing me off and saying "no we don't have it" she made sure before I left.
