I sat in the chair in pain for a hour inna half getting my toes done, the old lady that work there is very aggressive and doesn’t understand what “ouch” or “that hurt” means, my toes was bleeding non-stop she had to plug it with tissue for 5 minutes because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She then put a steaming hot towel on my legs without even checking if it was to hot to be on somebody skin not to mention how hot the water was when I first got in the chair in put my feet in and hurried to take them out. WORSE SERVICE EVER she didn’t even get me a discount and she cut my toe nails down super low pass the pink skin. -0/10 never going again.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD !
The older man did my eyebrow waxing and completely took off most of the part he should not take off where the eyebrows met in the middle . LADIES DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOU EYEBROWS IF YOU HAVE FULL EYEBROWS or if you want to keep any part of your eyebrows for that matter ! So DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Worst nail salon ever they can’t do nothing right the woman there have no talent , the men are the only ones who can at least do stuff . I went in there today and they can’t even do simple french tips !!! Don’t come here if you want designs . Worst of the worst !!!!!!

Been here since 8:50 because I am a to be on time is to be late type of person it's 9:36 32 degrees outside and no one in sight but u list your open ....I catch the bus so spending money to stay warm and wait on u guys is a bit bothering....

I know better not to let Nancy do my nails 💅. When extra money come through the door 🚪 is a rush job with half painted nails unevenly done. I give up taking business elsewhere!

Their materials and work area were very dirty, they pulled my hands very badly and I cut my finger with the drill. I asked for a design and they did what they wanted.
