Been without a car for 3 months. Today we became owners of a 2023 Ford Bronco. Had a geat experience at Tommy Vaughn. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming!!!Met Omar, David Watsons Assistant. He was able to help us this morning. Then we were able to seal the deal with Andrea Watson. Andrea was very very very helpful and went above and beyond so that we could have our new 2023 Ford Bronco. Thank You for all your help!!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Platinum F-250 from Tommie Vaughn and had a first-class experience from start to finish. My salesman, Andy Smith, did an exceptional job with communication and transparency throughout the entire process. He provided great pricing and customer service, not to mention coordinating getting aftermarket products installed in a professional and timely manner. I definitely will be going back here for my next vehicle!

I had a great experience at Tommie Vaughn Ford. My sales representative, Todd Brown, was very easy to work with and made me a good deal on my new Explorer. It was actually a fun experience. He was very friendly and professional. The finance manager, Andrea Watson was also a pleasure to work with. She was sweet and personable. I would highly recommend Tommie Vaughn Ford and especially the people I mentioned. They were nothing short of amazing!!

Chris was a great salesman who got me a great deal on a hybrid Ford Maverick. He helped me through a long and convoluted order and build process. Andrea in Finance worked with me to get a good interest rate on a car loan. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at Tommy Vaughn!

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now for car repairs and I don’t have any complaints. From Ross in the quick lane department and Paula and the service department I have always receive top-notch service at this location. I’ve been to other locations and had a horrible experiences. This dealership definitely knows how to treat their customers. Some of the prices are a little bit on the higher end, but I know when I pay for any service, I’m getting it done the right way and don’t have to come back months later to get anything replaced. They also don’t sugarcoat anything or make false promises. They make sure to tell you what you need right now, what you need in the next 1-3 months, and work with you to keep you on the road. I’m not a big fan of car, maintenance and the huge bill that comes with it, but coming to this location has been one of best decisions I’ve ever made.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. They originally told me the repair (one car window back seat) would be done the day of or at the latest the day after. I am now told it will be 6 DAYS that is IF they are being honest THIS time. If they had been honest and communicated with me, I would have gotten a rental no problem. INSTEAD I NEVER HEARD A SINGLE THING FROM THEM without showing up to get an update. They did not answer or return voice mails. I am out money from Ubers because I was unable to get a rental (I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse) and depending on friends to take me anywhere. I am BEYOND frustrated. This is the first negative review I have ever left anywhere--that's how bad my experience is. I understand things happen and things take time. My frustration is with the DISHONESTY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION not the amount of time the repair is taking.

I would give this place a 0 if I could! Don’t spend any money or time at this business! I bought my new ford truck in Austin and took it to Tommie V. For service. I will NEVER go back and here is some of the reasons why….My calls were screened and I NEVER got any updates or return calls from the service department or my specific service provider(Elizabeth bell).I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and I was told I would be getting a call to let me know what they found. I call at, I believe, 3pm, and Elizabeth Bell is already gone for the day and there are no notes... I was told to call back the following day, so I did. Again No call, no one said the shop is behind and can't get to it for 3 days, or advise me I should get a rental. Next, I call Elizabeth Bell EVERY SINGLE DAY and she called me back ONE time to notify that nothing is wrong with my truck. I advise her to tell the person to ROLL Down the Window because you CANNOT miss the grinding/squeaking noise...as well as it would be appreciated if the plastic part under the driver side tires could be put back in place...after MULTIPLE calls to Ms Bell and no response my boyfriend calls twice and she magically picks up the second time and immediately says hello they can't find anything wrong and they can't hear the squeaky grinding noise you are talking about. I called again to tell her that I expect someone to ride in my truck with me on Thursday and to,again, call me back. She never called...again. I finally decided that the dealership nor Elizabeth bell knows how to conduct business. I went to just go pick up my truck because obviously they had no plans on helping me. When I went to the dealership I was furious! Elizabeth Bell was no where to be found, I checked my odometer and I was right as the miles were the same as I dropped it off and the fallen plastic piece was untouched and still hanging down! I don’t want other people to experience what I did, so please NEVER EVER SPEND A PENNY OR GO TO TOMMIE VAUGHN FORD!

Todd Brown was excellent! In all my car purchasing history this was the smoothest and experience ever. And Andrea Watson from the finance department was a pleasure to work with. Tommy Vaughn Ford has mastered what it takes to run an effective business and it shows in the way they treat people. I highly recommend buying a Ford from this dealership. Anderson now that I am a Ford customer, I plan to make them my number one choice for all future vehicle purchases.

Called at 9:00 am to question a cars availability. Was told it was available and come see it. Drove half an hour away, test drove the car, they werent willing to negotiate on price, so we left because it was outside of our budget. Left and returned less than 10 minutes later. Decided to go ahead and purchase vehicle. HAVE ALREADY SIGNED PAPERWORK and was writing a check when the sales manager came to tell me "sorry, theres already a deal on this car, we can't sell it to you" There was no deal at 9 am when I called, no deal known when they gave me the original price, no deal when I called to tell them I was coming back to purchase the car. Incompetence at its finest.

This dealership continues to prove to me why I stopped using them, despite being the closest Ford dealership to me, by far. I have been waiting over two months for warranty and recall work. I have been told it would take two days, so I need a replacement vehicle while the work is done. Two months later, no contact. I leave voicemails and they don't call back.
