I've been searching for perfect underwear my entire life, and I think that I nearly found them with Tommy John spandex boxer briefs. The rear mesh and horizontal fly accommodate natural bodily functions. No chafing or wedgies. My only complaint is that the Hammock pouch doesn't provide full support. Someday.
