I am beyond disgusted with the treatment and services I received at this establishment. Along with a lot of others, this car wash damaged my vehicle. I reported damage to my passenger side mirror and was directed to speak with James Underwood. The first time I spoke with him, he had already formed an opinion basically implying that I was lying about the cause of the damage to my vehicle. He stated “people come to the car wash and lie all the time about damage being caused from our car wash”. This call was recorded. After almost three weeks of my mirror being exposed with wiring out, he finally sent me to Gators collision center. He called me back after my consultation stating there was prior damage to the mirror, that’s why the mirror detached. Needless to say, I have to obtain a lawyer and take this establishment to small claims court. James Underwood should be dismissed from his position, he came off very demeaning and his tone was discomforting throughout this entire ordeal. This was under a $200 fix by the way.

Fiona and her GM/District manager rectified the situation over a phone call. The management team understood the issue and investigated.

This place does a good enough job on cleaning. The towel situation to dry off with though is comical at best. The towels are kept inside and are very small compared to the other monthly car washes. We will use this month and then switch to either quick quack or blue wave.

The wash is always good and clean for me and my wife. I'm not sure why but the drying isn't as good as it was so I have to hand dry now when I have the time.

Living in Houston, Texas with all the rain, I get my SUV washed often and Tommy's Car Wash is convenient enough for me to do just that. Today like normal I had my Saturday wash for the week ahead and staff member, James was quite helpful and very nice. Actually, all the staff at Tommy's Car Wash are always pleasant, accommodating and nice and aside from a great car wash, they are what keep me coming back.
