I decided to take my mom for a girls’ weekend. I have often went to Toni&Guy and have been satisfied. I was excited that we both were able to book services at the Galleria on Saturday. I booked a highlight with Jericho and a haircut for my mom with Olga. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything. Jericho did an amazing job with my highlights to achieve a gorgeous creamy blonde (and blended my gray). Then had time before the next client and offered to fit me in for cut - which was equally amazing. My mom and I picked a few pics of haircuts to help describe her “look” and Olga nailed it. My mom and I loved what she did!!!! Needless to say we walked out feeling gorgeous and completely elated with our new hair. Thank you!!!

I have been going to Toni & Guy since 1996 when they were located at Town & Country. Olga has taken care of all my hair needs for almost 30 years. She and her staff always make me feel well taken care of. Everyone is professional, kind and helpful. I would not trust just anyone with my hair. Olga has always done an exceptional job.

I’ve been coming to Olga Pineda since 2013, even when I lived in Dallas, I still drove to her. She does my hair perfect, most everytime. This cut was spot on to what I wanted!

Amy gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years! I explained exactly what I wanted and she did just that and more! She was also very patient with me as I arrived late and was very particular about the cut.

As always toniguy, I will never be disappointed with haircuts, but forget about the rest. I got a perm without any design. I just put the curling stick on my head and cut my hair in a circle. I must find an Asian to perm my hair. She is probably a middle-aged white woman. Life is really going smoothly, right? As long as you perm and curl your hair, it’s a perm. I’m speechless.

I had an appointment today at 7:15 with Marry. She shaved my hair in a way that was not destructive to my hair, and every area of the head appears different. My head now looks like a map, and she forced me to pay $90, which is the price. By what logic do we pay this amount of money, and the barbers in this shop are very bad, and she said, “You can.” To come back the next day and adjust the shave for someone else
Where is the manager? If she has no experience in shaving men’s hair, why does she do this? I want financial compensation because I paid $200 two weeks ago in the same store for keratin for my hair.

I wish zero was a choice. My hair is blond, and all I needed is to touch up the roots. After six hours at the salon, Mario turned me into a brunette!! Beware before you subject yourself to this level of incompetence!!!

I was very nervous about highlights. However, Carlos was wonderful. We determined I would get a mini partial for my first visit. It turned out even better than I expected. The salon has good hours and is open on Mondays.
