Service could have been more educated. At least I didn’t have a “I got robbed ghetto experience”

I've always had rude service from the garden area at this store, not sure why. Asked where the bathrooms were located and was told inside, which I could easily have figured that out on my own. The two women watering plants together and talking could not just say, go thru the door, straight to the back aisle 19. Blessed with Lulu, customer service rep inside the store, very kind not only gave me directions but looked up an item I saw on line to see if it was in stock. The prices for wind chimes are a lot higher than what I found at Ace Hardware or Amazon so I can't say anything about the value being good. Not going to save money at this store.

The staff was somewhat helpful, but they just kind of point us in the right direction. I needed a little more one on one help

This is exactly why humans are being replaced by robots! The staff here were unsuccessful in helping me. Lazy... didn't want to go up in the storage to get an item so just had me waiting forever. My time is valuable... their time is paid and shouldn't be. Terrible location.

I have gone several times here because it's the closest one from my house. But customer services at the garden center area is deplorable, Hispanic girls cashier are rude, no manners, not educated in other words. I have seen only Hispanic cashier at the garden area the times I have gone. Managers need to train these girls better.

Worst Home Depot I've been too. Rude employees who seem that they rather be anywhere else but there. Never coming back.

This place always has in stock the items I need for home improvement. Trust me , I always need something because I am equally good at breaking things as I am at fixing them. I like that can always get great service here . They even offer a military discount so proud that they support veterans. They even have a great supply of Christmas and holiday items . Who would have known? Parking: safe and easy and they will often bring items to your vehicle if too heavy

Look, this is a "big box" store, not Macy's, Neiman's, or Dillards. You want 4 or 5 star service, pay more and go to a nice department store. I've never a problem getting service at HD. If I can't find something, I ask. If that person doesn't have the answer, they find someone that does. If you don't want to waste your time, just call customer service and ask or ask them to check the floor and bring it to the counter for you to pick up. No need to grouse about it!

Talked to about 4 employees who weren't able to help me find an item. One said he wasn't trained on the floor. They paged someone to come help who never showed up. Long line for checkout. Only self checkout was available. Horrible experience. Won't be back!

I visited HD and there were no handicapped parking spots for my mother and me and the store wasn't busy. When I was getting assistance from an employee her manager stepped in unnecessarily and was very rude to both of us. It made me uncomfortable to see how one employee was treated by another. Also the item I was looking for was not in the store. I will return to this location because it is convenient but I hope there will be handicapped parking available the next time.

I was here for a quick grab after my shopping trip at IKEA. This Home Depot store is tucked behind Specs and other restaurants on feeder road. Parking was plenty. It was hot summer day, over 100 degrees. There are no shaded trees. So, my car endured the Texas solar heat. I was searching for some hand soap. I overheard a man talking about "sugar daddy" and "trip to New Orleans". I turned my head to see what the excitement was about. Ah, he was a grown man wearing The Home Depot apron with a tool branded Tshirt under it. I can only assume he was an employee. Ok. He was obviously on his cell phone and talking through his Bluetooth earbuds. He acted like shopping just like me by looking on the shelves. I was certain sugar daddies are not with soaps, he needs to go to snacks aisle. I hope the management has employee lounge for people to talk on the phone in a space without customers.

After coming to go look for a washer there was no one to be found in the appliance department. So we call for assistance, imagine that after 3 calls to have someone go to the appliance to assist us no one goes. 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up but nothing. If you don't want to help and assist customers than what's the point of having so many workers?

Don painted a smile on my face with his perfect match of paint colors! I'll look for him anytime I need to add some color into my life. Great customer service!

Closes Early! 12/28 My kids (toddlers) were hot because the AC went out at our house. Rushed over to HD Spring Valley store 9:30pm doors were locked. Needed to buy a AC window unit to keep us over till the central unit is repaired. Manager told me they close at 9:00pm, sign says 10:00pm. I pleaded my case,"to bad" was the response. No thanks for the help.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, the cashier received a phone call on his personal cell phone. At which time he decided to tell me to wait while he went to take the call. Sounds like they need to do some customer service training at Home Depot.
