We had to wait 45 minutes to rent a Uhaul pick up truck despite having a reservation. Employees couldn't figure out their computer system.

Expect rude, untrained and inept employees and managers. I rented a piece of equipment and from the start the kid that come over to check in the excavator shouted at me that it’s my responsibility to unhitch the trailer. I explained that the trailer was not hitched by me and the lock was broken. The kid continued angrily to pin the blame on me. I said fine, whatever I paid for the insurance so please unhitch it or bring tools and I will do it myself. He stormed off and left me there. I went to get his manager that had the same attitude and said “google it, I don’t know what to do either.” He went on to blame me as well for breaking the lock, lying that I had hitched it myself and it was my responsibility. If you’re going to rent from this place bring your own tools, pay for insurance and expect the worst service. They act like the customer is the problem when they are clearly checking out broken equipment and expect the client to take the blame. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Poor customer service. Called in advance, the rental associate said the equipment is available, drove one hr, then the same associate said is missing parts and cannot rent. Can't recommend.

Rented a paint sprayer which tested fine with water but stopped working once we got home and put paint through it. My husband, who can fix anything, tried cleaning it and worked on it longer than being able to use it. Because we didn’t call and tell them we were having issues, they refused to give us a full refund. Sad that they lost us as customers for $30. I would not suggest renting equipment from them as it seems they don’t maintain it and then blame it on their customers.Pic of the tiny portion of the fence we got done before it popped out on us.

Never answer phone calls, they put you on hold before you even speak to tell them the reason for calling and keep you on hold for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous! Must be short staffed all the time. Poor management , don’t waste your time, just go somewhere else.

Came for a DIY idea with little to no knowledge about measurements and DAN in lumbar was extremely helpful in assisting me with adjustments and even drawing out my vision. He was amazing!

I wasn't aware that Deposit for rental of a lift went from $300 to $1500! Ja! Rented big equipment all the time at home depot. This doesn't help us small business ppl's. ☹️

I opened an account with them which goes through citibank. When I received my first bill it already had a $40 late fee on it. When I called citibank they said they had sent a previous bill and it wasn't there problem that I didn't get it. The balance on the account was just over $100. They want to charge me 40% interest on a bill I never received. I tried reaching homedepot about the problem and the automated phone system just sends you back to citibank. Do not open an account with homedepot! They will rip you off.

Horrible pick up curbside experience. Waited 35 min (if not more ) in my car waiting. Nothing. Went in no line at pick up counter. They said they were short staffed but there was 2 other people that showed up. Doesn't seem well organized or confusion on what to do. Don't waist my time! Note: many people parked in curbside spots but no employees actually came to the cars since customers used as parking spaces.

Bought a fridge in July. Both times they tried to deliver, it had major damage. No problem, except they don't have another one. Still no problem, I'll just buy a different fridge, except they can't figure out how to refund my money. Every time I call I get the run around. Finally after 10 days they found a "glitch". Supposedly I'll get refunded in 5 days. Sad because I liked this store

Ben helped me with the rental of a drain auger today. He was extremely helpful and seemed to really know a lot about the tool. He cautioned me about things to look out for and what to do if I encounter problems in the sewage line. I was really impressed by how he managed to attend to me so well while somehow finding time to deal with a group of customers who had suddenly arrived. The whole time, he maintained the highest level of customer service. Kudos to Home Depot for doing such a great job in finding and keeping a guy like Ben.
