Tool rented out with parts missing, struggled with it trying to figure out the problem. When I finally figured out it wasn’t working because the set screw was missing, I brought it back immediately before being able to use it. They didn’t have another one to swap it out and they charged me full price. They charged me to inform them the tool was missing parts.

I bought a shelf but had the wrong measurements so I went back to home depot to get it cut again. I had a nice man named Frank help! And when I had any questions he had the answer to all! Great experience great customer service.

I was sent to the store by the store near Tomball I rented the machine I was told at Tomball this was the machine that I need it and the machine had a bad blade I was using it to remove some leftover grout from some tile that I had already removed the machine did not work properly I was told that I could bring it back at nine in the morning and I got busy I could not be here at nine in the morning even though I left my house at 6:30 in the morning and I only live three blocks away I could have dropped it off now I’m being told that they open at six in the morning but I could’ve dropped it off before nine that is not what was explained to me I think I over paid for a machine that did not work and I don’t think it’s fair I don’t think it’s right that they take my money and they did not offer anything to try it or get me a different machine or a different product that would do the job I am very disappointed with Home Depot tool rental department if I could give it has zero*I would but it only lets me give it a one as a list contact me if you have any questions do you have my information

I have never experience such in compance of this purchase. We purchase a workbench on the 8th of this month and delivery was set then postponed by the store. Called the store they set up another delivery which again was postponed. The store delivered to the one in Tomball and they have not delivered it yet.

**Walked out on job after 1 hour** PLEASE READ I DO NOT recommend using Home Depot contractor Cooper Installation for flooring. After waiting almost a month to have some one come to my home to install the tile flooring that I purchased (+ $3000) and had delivered from Home Depot the contractor Sasha from Cooper Installation walked out after 1 hour. He pulled out the carpet in the master bedroom stated floor could not be leveled and had too much moisture then left. Sasha would not return calls and Laura the receptionist at Cooper Installation would only take a messages but never had anyone return my calls. I spoke with Roxie at Home Depot (14085 NW Fwy Houston) and she patiently worked with me but she was unable to get anyone from their floor contractor Cooper Installation to call me back. I understand tile may not have been an option an I may have to select a different flooring (vinyl or laminate) or that I may have to pay more to get floor leveled and add moisture guard barrier installation but for no one to return my calls to even discuss other options is ridiculous and criminal. Especially when I had + $3000 worth of flooring and supplies (1 bedroom & hall) already paid in advance per Home Depot and Cooper Installation protocol. After a week with no resolution I spoke with Roxie at Home Depot and requested floor products be return and my money reimbursed. I'm still waiting on that reimbursement so I use another company. The initial "professional in-home flooring measure" required my Home Depot was a waste; the so called professional only measured but If you look on the Home Depot website floor installation service they should have inspected the floor in advance.

My neighborhood HD, what's happened to y'all?... As often as I visit this HD location, I'd wish the staff were more helpful or a bit more "proactive". After being passed off by TWO employees, finally I was told to "ask someone at the front / customer service". I then waited at customer service (there was NO LINE..just me & a lady behind me) for a good 15 minutes while LITERALLY 8 employees stood on their phones, next to 3 EMPTY cash registers - never acknowledging us waiting for assistance. They made eye contact with me more than once, but still did not ask if we've been helped. Sorry, Home Depot but you lost a $4,000+ sale from me this week - I was trying to get assistance in-store that day for my bathroom remodel, cash. I went to Lowe's. I loved your 1960 location for many years, but you need to re-assess your customer service issues at this location.

These people are slow and they will lie to you like a used car salesman. I ordered some materials from them and the materials arrived on a Sunday, but they were still in the middle of processing it. I called on Monday to ask if I can pick it up, and the guy on the phone lied to me and said it will be ready by the next day because the night shift are the one's who separate it. Tuesday came and went, nothing. No notification. Wednesday, came and went, still no notification. What the? How long does it take to separate the materials so I pick them up? I know for a fact it does not take several days. The funny thing is the webpage still says ready for pickup on Monday, but on Wednesday it is still not ready. They must be really unorganized and have slow moving weak Millennials with their blue hair and scrawny arms if it takes this long to move and prep stuff.

Please hire better people, hire managers that will step in before the customer gets agitated. Also hire better third parties who are insured to avoid confusion. Horrible time. Nobody ever wants to help. Worst $800 ever spent.

I am very disappointed with this store with their customer service. My mother had purchased a dishwasher from this store, and after 3 months it finally came and when it got here it didn't fit. The delivery men unwrapped it and left and when the installer came, we realized it didn't fit in the location and the guy wasn't able to help us. When went back today, she was told they wouldn't take it back, no exchange, not even some discount, nothing. We're so frustrated, because we were told it would fit when she bought it. We know it was a mistake on our part, but people make mistakes. Mistakes like buying appliances from Home Depot.

The associates working in the equipment rental were very rude and unprofessional. They behaved as if they were bothered by the customers. No manners, No please,No greetings, No thank You! When asked simple questions such as how long is this hose reply was "I don't know " then he yelled across the room asking someone else for the answer. When I tried to show my rental receipt so the cashier could find the item I was returning, she wouldn't take the paper from me. Instead of thank You she said "that's it" I have never had such a disappointing experience at any Home Depot that I had at this location. SMH

Customer service was great! I had to buy a few things to renovate my house. I went to buy some paint and had a young girl with brown highlights help me out. She was kind and was patient with me because I was inexperienced with paint. She was helpful and made the paint for me, to my liking. I left elated with my purchase.
