I came here with a gaming pc I had bought second hand. It worked fine but it needed a nice clean up and I wanted some new parts. Dan was very straightforward with pricing and would give me calls as work progressed with updates. Everything only took a couple days to complete and my computer came back looking and operating great! Pricing was very reasonable and the work was very efficient.

I have a T61 which I use to run a program which only works on Windows XP. The fan went out and Top Tech was able to find a replacement, install, and delivered it when promised. I had an issue when I turned it on and they took it back and addressed the problem even though it was unrelated to the original problem.

Went here to have my back phone cover replaced (Samsung plastic backing). Rep was courteous. But quoted me 2x the price of a place down the street. Also, they did not have the part in stock, so I would have to return the next day. I went to the vendor down the street.

Efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable!Alex and Dan are experts and honest. They repaired my Dell Inspiron Laptop back to its original speed probably faster when I purchased it in 2017.These guys are good on both hardware and software. My computer had the dreaded Blue Screen and my ram was at the end of its life and it was running slow and login was slow. If you have a computer problem, try Top Tech Experts at 1821 Bingle in Spring Branch I think you will be happy you did.

I love this place! The service was really nice, and they also bought a brand new daughter board since the original was slow. Also removed some viruses.

So fortunate to have found Top Tech Experts. I had gone to Microcenter and UBreak for a laptop keyboard issue. Both were unhelpful saying to buy an entire new keyboard which was a similar price to a new laptop. Top Tech Experts took time to look at my keyboard, explain the issue and helped me in fixing it. My laptop would not "boot up" or shut down. Fan kept running. Alex was extremely helpful and quickly completed the needed repairs as well as doing a bit of "clean up" on my Laptop! It was an excellent repair experience.
