My friend and I came in to get a scotch cup for an older coworker of ours the men that helped us in the front where very kind the problem came when my friend and I got to the cashier guess what we had? A cup just a cup with a ball inside of it no alcohol in sight of our one boxed item of a cup, we got Ided I'm 19 my friend is in her 30s and I only accompanied her because I didn't want her to be on her own in the store so that didn't matter to them they told us to leave that they couldn't sell us a cup??? A cup wasn't worth making a fuss for however for obvious reasons we left annoyed.
To save you the trip and annoyance don't bring anyone younger it was frustrating to be denied service over a cup.

So I ordered a curbside pick up and couldn’t figure out how to tell them I’m outside, on the sign it says download the app. I wasn’t going to download an app to pick up the purchase .I walked inside before I could get to the pick up desk I had a guy telling me to move my car and I’m like why I’m picking up he’s like it’s for curbside only. I went off because curbside is picking up that’s what I’m doing NOT shopping he said . I’m just following orders but I bet if I wasn’t black it wouldn’t have been an issue so at this point I’m raising hell because just give me the 100 bottle of liquor purchased.I got back to move the car annoyed and this short KAREN IN A WHITE SHIRT PROCEEDS TO TELL ME IM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOUR ALCOHOL IF YOUR GONNA TALK TO MY EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT YOU SENT THEM OVER THERE TO DO YOUR DIRTY WORK AND I CANT BELIEVE THAT DID ALL THAT WHEN INDEED I HAD A CURBSIDE PICK UP. Maybe cause I didn’t look like their regular customer they felt to need to tell me where to park can I repeat I had a curbside pick up order . Stay away from here if you’re not white . I still got my bottle but I’m sharing this because yall need to stop doing the most if yall wanna regulate the parking lot ok cool but let me be clear I had a pick up order . Whoever that short white woman is she’s going to cost you a lot of money
And you didn’t stop me from getting the bottle I bought for someone else I will continue to go on my rant because I can , just like I park curbside KAREN!!!! Find you something to do like providing excellent customer service !

The big guy in the bourbon section is rude as hell and a liar, I ask him if he had any allocated bottles in the back and without hesitation say NO so quick, later I saw he gave an allocated bottle to another customer and when I went to him and ask for that same bottle, he say that’s the last one. Apparently my money and myself is not good enough for him

Walked in yesterday and only one guy was nice, I think he was the manager. But every other employee, specifically the African Americans ones just literally looked the other way and pretended like they didn't see me. One lady, older white woman at a bar area asked rudely and curtly "What you looking for?"

When visiting this establishment or accompanying a friend, it is essential to carry a form of identification. I entered the venue with the intention of not making any purchases, as I do not consume alcohol; however, my friend does. Upon entering, we observed a child exiting with her father, which led me to believe our visit would be brief. During the checkout process, the staff member informed me that she would need to see both of our IDs. I questioned the necessity of this, explaining that I was not making a purchase and offered to retrieve my ID from my car parked outside. The staff member responded with a raised voice, insisting that I could not leave and that she would conduct an "ID check." My friend and I were taken aback by her tone. Subsequently, she called the manager, who accepted my picture ID. The situation could have been managed in a more professional manner, rather than through shouting. In retrospect, we should have chosen not to make any purchases and left, as the experience was quite disappointing.

Only reason I’m giving them a star is to make this Review !! Me and my boyfriend come in on my birthday looking for drinks to take on a trip with us and was racially profiled by the Caucasian older guy in the Prosecco aisle, while looking for a Prosecco a staff comes over and act as if she was fixing bottles of wine just to see if we are touching anything. We were so upset to how we were treated I started not to buy the 2 bottles we came in for.

Amazing selection of craft beers, with a separate section for some of the sours. Huge selection of sours. Cold beverage section seems smaller than normal. Lots of stock on whiskeys, but some of the categories lack large variety. One of the best total wines I've been into.

I don’t like the service here. Specially the manager called Cindy. She gave me the hard time to buy the beers for my business yesterday. That’s so inconvenience. She requested me to buy beers after 24 hours since I come with my friend forgot to carry the ID. My friend does buy anything, only me need to buy beers for my business. She said she will not sale me any beers even I come back only myself in 24 hours. I need to buy a lot of beers every week for my business. I will never come back here again since Cindy dealing with too ridiculous. So disappointed.
