Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. He was given the wrong address by GEICO and was able to still find me in a timely manner, was able to actually get my car to start, explain to me what the issue was and then even followed me down the freeway to make sure I didn’t have another issue. The man with the neck tattoo deserves a raise.

Horrible, used this towing company in the past however I would never use them again. They towed my truck because the brakes were bad the driver forgot and lowered my truck without the chain. Damaged my passenger side door and the company won't make the repair. GEICO is my insurance company that use this company. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!

What can I say... this is the second time we've had to use a tow service and this company has shown up both times. (One time being at 4am!) It took a while to get to us, and that's to be expected considering this time, it was during rush hour traffic, plus accidents on both directions of the freeway. Nevertheless, the guy helped us out no questions asked. A little pricey but when you're stranded on the shoulder of a busy freeway at 5pm, you'll pay whatever to get outta there. A huge thank you to the Tow Jam team. I'd recomment you guys anytime!

TYLER was so polite, super accommodating, very prompt, and even took a minute to jump someone stranded in the parking lot. Highly recommend this guy and their company. Best customer service ever.

I ran into car trouble during the storm and remembered that I saved the tow truck service number from a previous tow. The service technician did not hesitate to do his best to accommodate me. Although I was able to safely get my vehicle home and did not use the service this occasion, I am most pleased and grateful for the professionalism, care, and concern that the service technician for Bell Truck 3 provided. I will happily refer business to this service provider.

This was the first place to actually pick up the phone at 4:30AM when I was stuck with a flat tire and stranded (lesson learned, dont forget your wheel lock key). They were out to pick me & my car up within 45 mins and really saved my day!
