Horrible hotel. I do not recommend them at all. Service was awful. People were totally arrogant, and I had to stand outside to check in. I do not recommend them at all.

Rooms are extremely dirty and I saw at least three roaches. I checked out immediately. I guess I was fooled by the fact this is a Wyndham hotel, and they are usually good. But I would not sleep there or stay here unless you carry Lysol and a whole can of roach spray. Disgusting.

GREAT PRICE!!! Rooms is ok for the price. The staffs are great. Thank you for your hospitality. AND LITERALLY RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM HOBBY AIRPORT. ?

The room was nice and pleasant. The microwave and coffee/tea maker didn't work in my room. Elevator didn't work either
The AC blew cold air, bed was soft and comfortable, hot/cold water worked very well, tv and refrigerator worked great. Bathroom and walls was cleaned

Walkability: The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel and put you off in front of the hotel. Some of the hotels are in walking distance from each other. For as getting something to eat on, a person would have to food delivered or picked up

I booked through Hotels.com. when I arrived, I entered into the lobby and they tomeme to get out and to go to a window on the side. When I arrived at the window, they tried to look for my reservation but they had no internet. They told me to wait in the car. After a lot of waiting, I called Hotels.com and told them about the issue, and I told them that I wanted to ancel and go to another hotel. Hotels.com told me to wait. They tried to contact someone at the lobby, but no one answered. Hotels.com told me that I could leave and that they would fight to get my refund. Apparently, Hotels.com couldn't contact the hotel, so I never got my refund, and I ended up paying for 2 hotels that day.
The pictures that they have here are nowhere near to what it looks like. I was thinking that it would be a good hotel because of the name, but I was completely wrong.

This hotel is old, and needs renovations done to it The best feature is location, and it sleeps well.
I will not used this site anytime soon.

Booked this hotel because it looked like a nice place to stay without looking at reviews….. first mistake!
I didn’t have much money to get a decent hotel so thought it would atleast be a clean place to stay…. However upon arrival I had to go to a side window I couldn’t even hear what the lady was saying to me I paid and got my room key. Immediately walking through the door which doesn’t close properly! The room smelled awful and had flies! I don’t mind flies but the smell alone explained why the flies were there. The furniture was dirty including table top and counters. Black mold on the ceiling and inside the shower. Pee was on the ground around the toilet and don’t even need to mention how sticky and nasty the carpet was mind you I had to stay with my two toddler who refuse to keep shoes on ? their feet were so nasty. Dog or cat pee was covered on the walls and dead bugs piled in corners. The sheets were stained pretty bad and it’s a very thin blanket. Flimsy stinky pillows that are very small. Booked with another hotel before the first night was even over. Ridiculous they don’t give refunds knowing the condition of these rooms. BIG SCAM! Idc how cheap it is, it should never be this low in basic cleanliness! On top of it my ac unit was melted like it was on fire at one point! Never again.

I recently replaced my drivers license so I had a paper one and the plastic one that they cut at the dmv. They refused to take my identification and would not accept any other forms of ID.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Checked out the same night i checked in. Clearly was not cleaned before i got there. Fruit flies all over the place, and a family of dead and live roaches by the fridge. Told the front desk about it And said they couldn’t do anything about it until the morning, so i left.
Rooms: Dirty.

This place is disgusting - I got a king ‘non-smoking’ room. The room smelled of mildew and pot. There were burn marks on almost every surface. The sheets were dirty so I took them and exchanged them for clean - the ones I got smelled clean but had burn holes. I didn’t use the pillows or blanket (stained and the blanket was smelly). There were roaches and other bugs and I didn’t dare take my shoes off - they would have to pay me to ever stay here again.

Dirty rooms. Smells awful. Not safe to breathe in. Smells like mold. Mosquitos coming out of the bathroom sink. Roaches. Bed bug’s infested in the beds. Blood stains on the mattresses. Blood on the bathroom walks. Disgusting and gross! Stay here and you will get bitten up by bed bugs!
