I bought a ford escape with 93k miles. My current miles are 134 at this time. But when i took it to auto zone it shows 218k miles. You guys are seriously evil.

MARIA SORIANO was very helpful! she helped me with the vehicle i need it! make sure you ask for her i assure you that you will leave with a CAR 🌹 thanks MARIA SORIANO . (edit this lady took my phone and wrote her own review let me tell you first and foremost DO NOT get a car from here ! I WAS SCAMMED SO BADLY !! THE CAR BROKE DOWN IN LESS THAN A YEAR WOULD NOT MOVE !! THESE PEOPLE REFUSED TO FIX IT YET THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN TOUCH IT !! THESE PEOPLE REPOSSESSED THE CAR AFTER I TOLD THEM THERE WAS ISSUES WITH IT THEN NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE BACK DOOR CALLED ME TELLING ME THEY NEED MONEY IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE ITEMS I TOLD I WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP FOR FREE THIS WAS A HUGE SCAM IM SO UPSET another thing she kept changing the cars for me to get and said each time it would be more of a down payment they are money hungry and thieves ! good thing she put her name in all caps avoid MARIA SORIANO she claims she is busy everytime i had an issue with the vehicle thank God they took it off my hands finally .

They are lying to me saying after 6 months you pay every month and it’s actually every 2 weeks and warranty is lie you pay 100 to just check the problem I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go and lied about my 200$ referral bonus it’s been 3 months now

NOT IN HOUSE FINANCING!! Someone on fb guaranteed me they don’t check credit and that the vehicle I wanted I could leave with even when I told them my credit was not good and did not want my credit checked. When I got there, the lady Maria asked what vehicle I was wanting and she literally laughed in my face! It was very embarrassing. Plus I had to get a ride there! I feel like they help their own people over everyone else! DONT GO HERE.

As I’ve said before, my truck has been in and out of the shop and in Tri Color’s possession ever since I bought it. They definitely sell lemon cars. Don’t believe me? Just go to their service center and look at all the newer vehicles waiting to be fixed. It’s a mess.
I just got my truck back this past Friday, and guess what? That same night, the check engine light came back on — for the same issue they claimed to have fixed. Then today, I woke up to find out my truck was repossessed.
To make matters worse, Tri Color never once offered me a rental vehicle or even a replacement truck — not once throughout all the issues I had. I’ve been stranded, missing work, and paying out of pocket for Ubers while supposedly owning a “new” vehicle.
I called the corporate office and spoke to Alan, who was a complete jerk. I explained everything, and he literally just said, “So?” 😐🧘🏽♀️ — no help, no empathy, just pure attitude and dismissal.
I ended up speaking with a guy named Federico, who told me I had to pay $1,700 — for a truck I haven’t even driven for a full week! Then I spoke with Alejandro in customer service, who was actually really understanding. He looked through the notes and confirmed that my truck had been in and out of the shop since day one.
Later, Federico called me back and said I could pay $915 to get the truck back. I paid it — even though I shouldn’t have had to pay a single dollar considering how badly they handled this situation from the beginning.
I bought this truck in good faith. Instead, Tri Color has cost me more money, time, and stress than anything else — from the Ubers I had to take to and from work, to paying to retrieve a broken truck I barely got to use. This place is a scam, and they will definitely see me in court.

Worst car lot I ever dealt with ever from the sell lady Maria to the service center at the back. Had me bring car back they had it for over a week n still ain’t fix everything paying all this money for note n can’t even charge my phn is crazy.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at your service center. I brought my vehicle in for CHECK ENGINE problems] which your team claimed to have fixed—but the same issue continues to happen. I’ve returned multiple times, and each time I’m either given a different explanation or told it’s “fixed,” only to have the problem come back shortly after.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability and poor customer service. The staff is unhelpful, dismissive, and in some cases even rude. No one follows up, no one explains the work clearly, and I’m constantly left feeling like I’m being brushed off rather than helped. I’ve spent a significant amount of money here with no resolution and no sense of professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend your shop to anyone. I expected integrity and competence—not ongoing problems, wasted time, and poor treatment. You’ve lost my trust and my business.
