Pickup order not even started and arrived when supposed to be ready for pickup. No greeting upon arrival. Lots of talking in kitchen area amongst employees while several customers waiting on orders. Needs better organization on receiving and completing orders. Plus it was a very low customer time in comparison to other times in day. Also hairnets not being used and some employees hair not back as required by law. Haven’t even tried food and know this will be a one off. For a new location, employees need retraining on customer service.Update:Added a star because manager double checked order and it was wrong. App is unreliable.Update to owner: FM 1960 is the correct location.

Ordered the new mango bacon chicken brie flatbread, on the app. Used the Tmobile promo to get it free, thankfully so.The entree they gave me was no where near what was expected. Basically a flatbed with tomatoes, a few tiny pieces of chicken, a paper thin excuse for bacon, some kind of tasteless cream, and no mango mustard flavor. It just fell way short, very skimpy. The slaw was meh, maple sweet potatoes were ok.Customer service, I was greeted. I kept having to repeat myself as far as the name of the order. They have a box fan on the counter. After some confusion, they just plopped my order on the counter and walked off. No " Thanks for your order " or anything .Have a suspicion one of the staff were the owners(foreign) . That would explain my experience there.I have no intention of coming back nor would I recommend this location.The one located by the Houston Outlet Mall in Fairfield is way better.

I used to work at this location. The Managers name is Bhavin, and he's a snake if you're thinking about working here DO NOT! He takes your cash tips and puts it back in the cash drawer and tells you you're tips for your pay is based on how well your performance is. He watches you 24/7 on the cameras, he's racists, he cares only about himself, pay is REALLY LOW, you don't get a paid break. You don't get an hour lunch, your lunch is whenever it isn't busy and even then you have to shove your food down your throat, bc if he's working with you he'll keep bugging you about coming back to work when you barely just sat down to eat. Barely any time off, the worse manager to work for. One of my friends use to work here and a customer gave him a cash tip and bhavin told him "that's not yours put it in the tip jar." Bhavin also hired an African American guy and he told him his only job is to clean the bathrooms. Bhavin closes the bathroom to the public and when ppl ask to use the bathroom he tells them no you can't go somewhere else. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN EVER!!!!!!!

Came here for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. My husband and I both got a wrap and a smoothie. I got the jerk chicken wrap, and I was hoping for a little more kick, but overall, the chicken was well seasoned, and the veggies were fresh. The wrap itself was pretty good as well. I got a side of the apple kale slaw, and I would say unless you enjoy more traditional coleslaw with mayo, I wouldn't suggest this slaw. The smoothie was amazing and the thing I honestly look forward to the most going back for!

Good smoothies, I been coming here for some years now. There has been new employees in and out since I been coming. Every time there’s new employees, smoothies are not done correctly and not blended well. The smoothies still have chunks for the ingredients too where you have to chew the ingredients instead of drinking the drink smoothly. I go to this location regularly and shop here for the convenience. I’ve never complained because of the convenience, it’s in the area and I like there smoothies when they are made correctly. The employees need to pay attention to the recipe of the smoothies and how much ingredients are needed. The employees need to double blend smoothies to make sure smoothies are well blended without customer having to ask. Also I had food that tasted old or it was sitting out for too long. My experience with the employees haven’t been bad. I don’t like spending my money at places that do not take the time to properly make customers smoothies & food well and correctly. Love the smoothies here!! They have some pretty unique flavors. Avocalada might sound a little funny, but it's delicious. The watermelon mojito smoothie, island green smoothie, and seasonal mango smoothie are some of my top favorites. You have to try this place!

I accidentally ordered online for the wrong location and when I called to cancel/get a refund they said nothing can be done and didn’t even try to do anything for me not even a discount for my next order. I understand it’s probably a policy but when I went to the location that I meant to place an order for they told me that I can call this location and I WOULD receive a refund so if it’s a “policy” then why did one location tell me one thing and another one tell me something different? I essentially paid for the same thing twice intending on getting my money back and for this location to say nothing is able to be done is ridiculous and that my order is ready for pick up is stupid. Practically just stole my money for an order that your gonna now throw away…

DELICIOUS HEALTHY FOOD!?!? Finally!!! bhabin is here almost everyday and his costumer service is impeccable! The store is always clean and tidy and colorful and makes a great place to stop for lunch!

I'm an ex employee here. The comment that says that the owner keeps the tips are true. When he saw it he yelled at me and threatened to fire me based on the fact that I'm Mexican and spoke Spanish to a man who happened to come in on the same day it was posted. (before it was deleted and reposted). He always kept my tips and refused to pay me overtime when I worked over 40 hours.After the fact he then cut my hours back to unsustainable levels right before peak summer season when workers would be needed the most.The store is also filthy where you can't see and I've already put anonymous tips for the health inspector. The owners are cheap and penny pinchers and use rancid rags for cleaning.This is not a health food shop and I wouldn't eat here if you truly did care about your health or if you cared about workers being treated right.(This was originally written and posted Saturday June 17 at 22:17)

I ordered curbside today and there was hair in my sandwich. When I came to pick up my order I had to come inside to grab it. There was nobody in the lobby. When I got home and took my last bite of my sandwich. There was hair wrapped around my tongue to where I couldn't even chew. 2 strands at that! I can't even imagine how much hair I swallowed before noticing. I called and they wanted to remake me a sandwich. What makes you think I would want to eat more food from your establishment if there was hair in my first sandwich. I asked for an smoothie and he said he can only remake the sandwich. He offered an refund for just the sandwich. So let's see if I get my refund. If you choose to do business here please check you food now. Smh
