This place is amazing, they have great smoothies, great flatbreads and the best customer service. I come by almost every other week but every time I go I always see Kel at the counter, he has done an excellent job at clearing up the lobby, putting in orders and somehow maintaining a clean area. Keep up the great work Kel, we always walk in greeted with a welcoming and a smile!! ???

I ordered thru Uber and waited almost 2 hours and when my delivery person got there I asked to remake my order and they said no! So I’m very disappointed! I ate my stuff cold and it was nasty! They need to do better with making the food when they have a delivery person on the way?! Learn how to run a business or you won’t have any!Thanks won’t come again!

I went in today and two ladies were there. One of them was African American with braids and the other I believe was Italian. It was kind of an eerie kind of vibe bec no one acknowledged me or my ?, so we sat trying to figure why the app wasn’t working. Then after seeing ppl get waiting on in line and being ignored, I finally got up to ask questions about the app and the African American lady had an attitude I’m assuming bec she was confused of who was calling her. I had to tell her who was calling whom to clear her confusion so she pretended to work (while I stood at register) and I asked her are you about to leave? She said Yea.. that’s when I was storming off bec I couldn’t take the rudeness, weird energy anymore. That’s when the Italian lady ( who was on the phone the whole time) asked me what was wrong? I said I don’t like the vibe in here, she has an attitude and you…what’s wrong the app??? She then rectified the situation and was able to help us out w the app error. But initially accidentally ignored my ?, again while taking to me getting my order. Smh Long story short it’s nothing wrong with acknowledging your customers and asking if they need anything let us know. KINDNESS! Be careful with this location you don’t know who’s nice or mean.

I tried going to Luce Coffee Roasters next door to study but it was packed so my friends and I decided to come here instead. It was actually not a bad place to study if you can tolerate the noise of blenders in the background. (There are waves of people that come in and out as well.)Staff were nice! I ordered an Açaí Berry smoothie while my friend ordered a Mango Berry Cosmo (they have a BOGO free if you use their app) and we both really enjoyed our smoothies. The smoothies are pretty big, but that's a given for its price.

I hate to rate this place a 3 star because I come here alot and it's usually perfect. Today the music was loud with lots of unsavory language. I kind of was a bit shocked. The service was pleasant but I would have hated to have kids or my Mom with me.

Place lacks professionalism, hygiene and couldn’t make my order correctly.Workers are on their phones and at the same time touching the food with their hands. There are flies everywhere and personnel don’t close the food container metal lid. They took about 30 minutes to make one order and they didn’t get it correctly. What disappointment of place. I hope they close it down because food is really exposed to flies and we consume it.

Hate to provide this rating as I'm a great fan of the smoothies and u er excited to have one in the neighborhood. However, the service was incredibly horrible ? that I couldn't give the satisfaction of purchasing anything. Despite there only being 20-30 minutes remaining prior to close,you have to be positive in every transaction. Sadly disappointing to encounter.

Poor customer service, the two young ladies decided to close the store because they are backed up, so they refused to allow us in and refused to take the order while I wait in my car. That is bad for business and disrespectful that the employees decided to close the store because they felt like like. Management needs to step in and handle this type of behavior. I now understand why they have a 3 star rating. Hire folks that need to work and not these lazy folks who can't keep up with day to day work orders and procedures.

Decided to try today placed order online, 15 minutes to PU. Took about 5 minutes to find parking in tiny lot, so I got there 18 minutes from ordering. Employees just asked if I was picking up and my name then scrambled to look for my order which was on counter with many others. Lots of gnats flying around while I stood there which makes the place feel kinda gross. Smoothie was ok, wish it was colder and it had many chuncks of Kale I had to chew or spit out. Buffalo Chicken Wrap was better than smoothie but overall was very underwhelming and I wish I had ordered something else for lunch.

My smoothie was fine, but both of my All American wraps were soggy and had liquid dripping from them. I've had this wrap at another location and there was nothing soggy about it, but this one at this location was gross! Will not be returning to this location.

Aitana O. I happen to be right behind you when you were causing the commotion in the store. You were telling the manager to put your card information in and she was telling you she's not allowed to do that because the card machine was down and it'll be like you're walking out with free food. You called her a m****r f**ing bitch. You kept shouting I use to work here very loudly. You belittled the manager by saying she only makes 8 dollars and hour. Your review was an personal insult to the manager. I go there all the time and get an island green with a chicken bacon ranch. Customer service is awesome. You were yelling at the manager and talking to her as if she was a little child. You kept shouting the owner name threatening to call him or her. I come on her to write a review and see this. It amazes me how God works for me to come on here and see this and be present when it all happened. Next time read what you put why would she fight you because the card machine isn't working ? She never called you out your name. You were mad because the machine wasn't working and a sign was up for you to read by the register. Reading is fundamental.

Guy taking order was not personable at all. I almost just walked out. No greeting, and made me feel like I was bothering him. I try to like this place. I thought I'd give them a shot for lunch, but they won't be my first choice.
