** Added to Existing Camera System ** Our business has 8 cameras and they added 8 more cameras to our new building and moved the DVR to the new building and added a POE to ensure high speed connection from the old building cameras into the new building and added all 16 cameras (8 old and 8 new) to our existing 16 channel DVR. Lowest bid price against 2 other companies, excellent service, the tech ensured I was happy with runs and attachment methods and wall penetration locations and sealing. Highly recommend their camera system install or upgrade.

True Protection did a great job performing a hardware and monitoring upgrade the day before we left for an overseas trip. The pressure was on - if anything had gone wrong our house would have been without alarm, monitoring, camera access, etc. But Jake worked hard including solving some significant tech challenges to get everything working. We’ve been customers of True Protection for 4 years and recommend them strongly!

Took nearly two months to get a Maglock door and two moniters to install. They would never follow up for scheduling so unless you call and ask them they won't be reaching out. Also had a scheduled day and they didnt show up, no heads up or anything. The first time they installed the moniter they didn't even wire it to open the door. Which is kinda the whole point. The 1k we saved going with this company was not worth the waiting and time it took to get the job done unfortunately.
