This is a all around great hardware store with an old school way! They have a little bit of everything! Every time I shop there ,they have what I need with very helpful staff! Quick in and out!

This store location needs new management ASAP. The owners are all family and act righteous. There aren’t many employees and the only employees who seem to help is an older hispanic gentleman and a younger man with tattoos and on top they humiliate their employees. I came in to get galvanized chain and went to look for the younger man but when I did I over heard the OWNERS screaming at him over an incident made by another customer, all the blame came onto the young employee. Ive seen him there for over 2 years and he has helped me every time.

big store, no air conditioning, and not enough employees.I have been to the True Value 3 store several times, to be exact, and I find the Hispanic gentleman with the same problem. He is only serving two, or even three customers. He asks for help over the radio and they arrive very late to help him because when they go, he has already served the three customers. I ask the gentleman, where are the employees?

The owners and staff who operate this place are great people. They are always friendly and helpful and when needed have gone above and beyond for the neighborhood. The best customer service in Houston.

Called for a boiler part before I went. Spoke to Harry the ONLY strong Indian accent in the store, he said he had the part. Turned out he lied ? then said I didn’t speak to him with an POOR Attitude. What a waste of time, save your time, money and drive go somewhere else. Store itself is dingy and parts are subpar. Would rate Zero Stars but unable too.

Very bad experience with this store and especially the owner is a very despotic person and I want to ask the public not to buy there, they do not give guarantees on things. I bought a generator and I did not know the date on which it was sold to me. The owner is a person who He only wants your money, don't buy there and if you buy, ask for a guarantee and receipt with a guaranteed date, the owner is a thief. Don't go there and don't buy anything.

I ordered two cases of 2-cycle oil from this place, they took the money for one size, then they switched Every single bottle(96 count) two bottles that were half the size of the ones we ordered. We have two confirmation emails. The first one is for what we actually ordered and then two hours later they sent another email as if it was our actual order and it showed the smaller sizes for the same price. This is pure fraud and I will be reporting it.
