SALLYI NEEDED TO CHANGE INSURANCENAVRAJ LISTENED, FOUND A GREAT SOLUTION @ THE TIME I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. NAVRAJ BASICALLY TOOK ME BY THE HAND N WALKED ME THROUGH THE NEW INSURANCE. NO COMPLAINTS OR EXASPERATION FROM NAVRAJ HAVING TO DEAL WITH A NOVICE. I FELT THAT NAVRAH WAS A FRIEND TAKING CONTROL. I WISH NAVRAJ COULD TAKE CONTROL OF OTHER PROBLEMS IN MY LIFE BECAUSE SHE IS THE GREATEST!!!I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUSTED SENIOR SPECIALISTS. IF NAVRAJ IS AN EXAMPLE OF ALL THEIR REPS THEN THIS COMPANY IS MORE THAN WONDERFUL.

sally i needed to change insurance navraj listened, found a great solution @ the time i didnt know what to do. navraj basically took me by the hand n walked me through the new insurance. no complaints or exasperation from navraj having to deal with a novice. i felt that navrah was a friend taking control. i wish navraj could take control of other problems in my life because she is the greatest!!! i would highly recommend trusted senior specialists. if navraj is an example of all their reps then this company is more than wonderful.

I, too, was lost in the Medicare mumbo-jumbo. Thanks to Carmelita, I am now enrolled in a wonderful plan. You guys rock!!!! I must have received over 100 calls in the last 90 days, from people regarding medicare plans and Carmelita was the only one that explained it and took care of it for me. When first signing up with Medicare I faced the daunting task of trying to make sense of all the plans, and determining which was best for me. Through the recommendation of a friend I contacted Samera at Trusted Senior Specialists and she helped me with making that decision.Samera was very helpful by listening to my needs, and then comparing what each of the plans had to offer, and through this process I was able to make an informed choice.I don't normally make recommendations, but this is one time that I have no reservation in recommending a company, and especially one of the advisors within the company.
