I was over charged. I put gas back in the truck. I drove 5 miles and was charged $27 for six gallons. Even if I did not put gas in the truck is the gas mileage on the truck that bad to get use more than a gallon of gas per mile! The logic and math does not make any sense. I called U-halll on a monday to bring by concerns forward, I spoke to someone and was told I would hear back in 2-3 business days. It has been 5 days and nothing.

I rented the Cargo Van, it was great they are helpful very informative. I will say this make sure you take video/pic before you drive off with it cuz you never Know. The reason I say that had we not taken that video we would had been charged for the gas ⛽ that we literally filled in a gas station next to the U-haul business but other than that Great no extra surprising charges Recommended

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wasn't going to complain about the otherwise poor customer experience I had renting a truck at this location until there was a discrepancy the old woman at the front desk refused to fix for me. The office reeked of dog odors, and you can hear dogs barking and scratching in a room nearby.
When I walked in, the grey haired woman at the front desk was on a personal phone call. She told the person on the other end that a customer just walked in, then asked them if is everything ok? Before ending the call.
What really upset me was when she refused to correct a discrepancy on the paperwork. The gas mark was wrong by about 1.7 gallons. I took pictures, and they are attached to my review.
The old lady told me, "I'm not uhaul. You can go on the app to change it." I told her I don't have the app and she was the one that highlighted the gas line on the paperwork for the uhaul transaction I had just completed with her. I asked her how she's not uhaul if she just handed me a uhaul contract. She got rude immediately, and I tried to show her the picture I took off the gas meter in the truck. She snatched my phone out of my hand and dropped it.
At that point I was angry and wanted my phone back. I said some unprintable words about her character, which I stand by. I don't care if it's only $5 or $6 or $7; it's STEALING to misrepresent the gas level in a moving truck and refuse to fix it. I don't know if this woman is too lazy to check the levels and report them accurately or of if this is willful deception; the result is the same. Refusing to fix it and escalating the situation is unacceptable. All she needed to say was, "sorry about that! I'll help you get it fixed." That's the bare minimum.
I'll never return.

The young man absolutely amazing ....yet the young lady with glasses absolutely horrible attitude and representation for a business. No shoes on cross legged on the phone with a terrible attitude unprofessional. The uhaul customer service agent said she was horrible to him as well and was shocked how unprofessional she is.

This has been the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever encountered at this location before. They lady behind the desk was the most unprofessional and un empathetic person I’ve ever worked with at any location.

They had me move my reservation last minute because THEY wanted to leave early. They kept calling me to tell me they're changing the closing hour to earlier. Uhaul is supposed to close at 5 pm, not 3. Not helpful, and not professional.

Great/fast service. Easy truck rental. Prices were what you would expect. We have no complaints about this location. Be advised that if you need to go back north on Eldridge you are going to have to U turn, and that street gets busy!
