Each U-Haul Rep I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. There were some changes made to my order, but the U-Haul Rep that I spoke with was able to make the changes seamlessly without causing me any major inconvenience or disruptions to my moving schedule. My experience with U-Haul was extremely good.
