This is the worst rental location by far. This guy is horrible short tempered, pushing and grumpy! You been warned take your service elsewhere or pay the price. Also he put extra services (insurance) in my contact with out permission. Just walk a cross the street to the other location and maybe you’ll receive better service.

I have felt so disappointed with this Location. The man who attended me when I went to picking up the vehicle was rude, also the mirrors could not be adjusted and the vehicle was very dirty.

The man was very rude my card declined he said it is not on there I can swipe it 99 more times…Sir Just Do Your Job and Swipe It A Million Freaking Times If I Said Do It!!!!He better be glad I didn’t curse him out. He swiped it again and it of course went through. I Don’t Recommend This U-Haul Location To Anyone!!! It looks old dirty and cluttered inside anyways. Go Across The Street They Are Much Nicer!!

Customer service was awful and the person who was on the phone while I was asking questions wouldn’t answer any of my questions and hung up in my face do not use them for your moving needs
