This place has the worst customer service. I reserved a uhaul a day or two before I needed it. I made sure to reserve it for 10 hours because I didn’t know for sure how long we would need it. I get there and the employee is sitting in her truck, not even in the office. I tell her I’m there for my reservation and she basically says that they rented the truck out to two people at the Same time. The other guy who rented the truck was supposed to pick it up at 9:30, my pickup was for 10. She calls him and he tells her he cannot pick it up until 2pm. She tells me I can’t take the truck because he reserved it first. How does that even make sense if he wasn’t here for his selected reservation? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t waste your time, go to a REAL UHAUL. Not this family business crap.

Worst customer service, standing in line for 15 minutes, no one at the front counter to attend customer, girl extremely loud and rude, have no respect for customer, manager Josh also standing next to her, not saying single, I hope management take action before they start losing business

Crystal helped my dad and me rent a truck, and made the process quick and easy. Not only that, she helped save us some money, and figured out an easier return option for us. Can't thank you enough Crystal.Actually we're about to go rent another truck from you to finish up the move, thanks again y'all...Edit- This time Robby helped us and did a great job and made the process just as easy as the first time. We rented a car hauler trailer to drive from houston tx to orem utah. Just outside of forth worth 2 tires on one side blew and we were stuck on the side of a highway for 5 hours before someone from uhaul could come and change out the tires and rims.
