been here since 2 truck assigned dirty as usual, dolly seal broken, lock on back of truck broken and truck on emptyJoe said they wouldn't charge me but I don't trust that. When I finished the check-in my receipt stated to return the truck almost half full no I will return the truck with the same amount of gas like it was given to me (I always return the rentals with more gas) a contract is a contract I don't need you saying something verbally and it's not in writing because verbal doesn't mean anything.

They quoted me one price over the phone and then charge me a whole another amount once it was all said and done. Never again uhaul will I rent something from you.
