The truck I reserved was not available and they sent me walking 5 miles to another location instead of having the truck delivered. The salesperson didn’t bother to stand up the whole time he was assisting me. I wondered if he had a disability but that was answered when I saw him running to get a truck. Poor salesmanship

Every time you call no can seem to answer the phone. People have questions rather then to have their time wasted and go up there.

Wish I can put negative stars. This place really sucks and are not professional at all. The so called manager Benjamin which doesn't look like one needs to go... he's making this uhaul company look bad with his attitude. Very disrespectful manager wannabe... Go to another location like I did because they don't explain details of what you need to be able to rent their equipment. Don't recommend this location. Customer service 800 # is also at fault because of them not explaining sufficient info over the phone either.
